Enjoy island time in this quiet, updated condo just a couple of blocks from the Gulf of Mexico, Venice Pier and all the amenities Venice Island has to offer. Shop in historic downtown Venice, dine while overlooking breathtaking sunsets and head out to the jetty to do a little shark tooth hunting.
The unit has fresh paint, beautiful wood flooring complimented by coastal furnishings, smart televisions and new, comfy mattresses in each bedroom!
On-site laundry and management with a community pool and Caspersen Beach is just a hop, skip and jump away!
Close to golf, local airport and grocery shopping! Housekeeping available for a fee and the kitchen is stocked with utensils, cookware and dishes.

Hi there! A beach bum at heart, my husband and I live in Baton Rouge, Louisiana with our 7 children, 5 fur babies and we LOVE THE WATER! I work part time with an amazing group of ladies, dressing some of the most stylish ladies in the south! I volunteer with Lynne's House, the Louisiana United Methodist Children and Family Services Group and the Louisiana chapter of the National Association for Mental Illness, NAMI. My children are 32, 29, 28, 26, 24, 7 and 4. My husband is a 34 year catastrophe insurance adjuster veteran and we love sailing, scuba diving, snorkeling, fishing, lobstering, LSU football, traveling and cooking! We own 2 properties in Florida: one on Daytona Beach and this one, on Venice Island!

Why they chose this property

We LOVE Venice. We lived on island in 2004 after Hurricane Charley ravaged just south of the area and I cried for 2 weeks when we had to leave! Seriously! I swore that we'd buy in Venice some day and in 2022, that dream came to fruition. From the beaches to the people, food and close proximity to all things south Florida, Venice is our favorite place!

What makes this property unique
