Bobby and I fell in love with Colonial Beach and decided to move our parents to town and we even got married on the beach :)

Why they chose this property

We love the entire town of Colonial Beach, but we particularly love The Point. Our cottage is 2 block to the river and the bay and the beach and pier is only a few minute walk.

What makes this property unique

The house looks small from the outside but there is so much space inside and the outdoor living space is an added bonus! There is an upper deck of the primary bedroom, a huge fire pit and lots of native plant surrounding the property :)
