The large living area provides ample seating for the entire family while providing ample seating for the entire family while watching a movie or those great summer sporting events. The downstairs master suite features a lovely view of the neighborhood with lots of natural light, walk-in closet, queen poster bed and bathroom with shower. Upstairs you will find 3 bedrooms including the largest master suite with a king bed and spa like bathroom including a double vanity, jetted tub and glass-enclosed shower. The third suite is the bunk room with spacious king beds on bottom and twin beds on top allowing up to 6 children to sleep comfortably in one room, with a walk-in closet and a full bathroom. Every bedroom includes TV, 2 cable and 2 smart televisions. The fourth bedroom has a queen bed and a private full bathroom. Upstairs laundry room provides access to a large capacity washer and dryer.

A beach shuttle runs Memorial Day to Labor Day from 9am to 5pm Sunday through Friday. The telephone number for the shuttle is located in the home on an information sheet provided. The driver picks your group up from the home takes you to the beach and returns you back to your rental home when you call.

Spring Break trip with my high school kids

Three adults and 7 high school aged kids… we had a great time. Easy walk to an awesome park and the beach. Really cool breakfast spot (Harold’s Diner) a short walk away. Pool was too cold to use, but we tried. House was great for our crew. Loved that we had so many bathrooms. Would definitely book again!

AMAZING PROPERTY!!

We stayed in the house for a long weekend, and would absolutely stay again! The house has every amenity you could need, is perfectly kept, and is very conveniently located near the beach and all that Hilton Head has to offer! Check-in and check-out were a breeze, too! 10/10 experience - highly recommend!!

A great time!

The location was perfect for our family to bike or walk to the beach. The house offered enough space that we were all comfortable.I really love each room having its own bath. The only improvement I could offer would be to have more family style dishes available ei. Cereal bowls, but it is a really wonderful home.

Home shows it's age. Pictures are old. Bring what you need for the kitchen, no baking dishes. Wooden spoons molded. Hot upstairs and freezing down, take blankets & fans. Doesn't get better after a day. Porch and pool area filthy, needs cleaning. Screen around the pool is busted. Hwy noise is loud. Heat the pool even in July & Aug, cold. Golf cart shuttle is great, guy is great, woman drinks. Definitely an investment property. Overall plenty of room but wouldn't stay again.

Spring break

The house was a great set up for what we needed. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking needs. It could use some thinning & replacement of coffee mugs, and a few salad bowls. The baths, kitchen, linens, etc were clean however this house needs a SERIOUS spring cleaning (baseboards, ceiling trim, windows, vents, etc). The property manager was timely in responding to my email and phone call. A helpful addition would be a broom/dust pan in the garage to help manage the sand we brought back from the beach!

Mini Vacation

The property was gorgeous. The fenced-in back yard was so nice for my pups. I didn’t have to worry about their safety. The home was clean and spacious and minutes from shopping, dining and the beach. The neighborhood is safe and secure. You won’t find a more beautiful vacation home. Thank you for amazing beach memories.

Beautiful home but needs maintenance

This home was perfect for our family vacation. Great communication with property management. House is in need of general maintenance and cleaning; pool area in serious need of power washing to prevent accidents, as our toddlers were slipping and falling when floor was wet, which was all the time around patio furniture are the water doesn’t dry on its own. MAJOR NEED TO FIX SCREEN ON POOL ENCLOSURE, There were at least 2 huge places where screen is open and flapping in the wind. Mold and mildew present. Balconies in serious need of the same, furniture needs painted also. General cleanliness inside was so-so, I had to purchase a broom and dustpan, as well as oven mitts as there were none. This property is great but just needs better general maintenance and cleaning.

We loved the location in regard to privacy verses the time share we usually use. We went for our daughters sweet 16 trip and took some of her friends. The kids walked to the beach everyday. The big newsroom with the bunk beds was perfect for the 5 girls. The 2 boys enjoyed the pool and the adults enjoyed the house as per the layout for when we were all together. The house was clean and we had a wonderful time. We would definitely book this house again.

So much fun

Although there were some glitches with somethings that needed repair, needed changing, etc. we all really, enjoyed the stay. We were disappointed in not being able to use the pool but e stayed busy. It was easy to clean up after ourselves and before we left on Saturday. Overall we would definitely rent the space again. The manager Tim was very supportive.

Nice house

The house was nice and it was clean inside however the outside furniture was not kept up and was dirty. The pool was also dirty but the pool guy came a few days into the week and cleaned it. The house backs up to the main road so it was very loud in the yard. I felt like the pictures were misleading, as the pool was much smaller than seemed. The neighborhood was nice and it was close to many things including the beach. We had some issues with the TVs and while the property manager addressed it , they never followed up with a new TV for the bedroom, which wasn’t the end of the world but just annoying.

Family Vacation

Nice property needs a good spring cleaning. Also not many pots and pans in the kitchen. Also I paid for the pool to be heated but it was only heated for one day😞 a lot of money for one days heat. Communication could have been better.

Great Home Base location

We were in town for a local wedding, and used the house for a home base for many activities. The many bathrooms are great - nice walk to the beach and close to many things on the island. The house does have a lot of stairs, which is clear from the pictures. 3 bedrooms on the upper level made it very easy to "live" upstairs. Downstairs bedroom shares a bathroom with the living room, which for our fact pattern was just fine. The kitchen could more bowls, but the selection of pots and pans was great and there was an abundance of silverware, which large rentals seem to lack. A second car would fit in the garage, but would need to be a sedan, Ford Focus sized-ish. Great location, gated community, close to everything, make this a good place to hang while at HHI.

Good points & bad points

We felt the photos were a bit deceiving, but we expected that. It should be known that route 278 runs directly behind property. Traffic is quite noisy. It should also be known that there are alot of stairs & visitors aren't allowed to use the elevator. The place seems a bit run down. Stained furniture & carpets. The pool & patio area is messy. The pool is freezing! While we were there, the garbage disposal broke down & we had dishwasher issues. The property manager was quick to respond to these issues. On the plus side, the beach is in walking distance & lovely. A great selection of golf courses nearby. Every bedroom has it's own bathroom, which is a big plus.

Great house, but no beach chairs

The property and neighborhood were lovely. The walk to the beach was not bad, and the “shuttle” was available though we did not use it immediately. The big disappointment was that there were no beach chairs available for use - every other rental we have been to has had more than enough beach chairs. The code did not work on the garage door. There is a fridge in the garage which blocks the space for a second (small) car to park, so we were not able to park 2 cars in there. The outdoor seating areas could have used some cleaning. The bedrooms were great, beds were big enough in each of the rooms for the three couples, and the bunk room was great for the young adults. Loved that the pool was covered, and that there was a grill (which we did use). Overall a nice rental that could use a few tweaks to make it great.

Family Wedding with Extended Vacation

Interior of the house was clean with a good flow for family fun. Was great to have a full bath attached to each bedroom. The extra refrigerator in the garage was a huge plus. Lots of stairs - not a good situation for those not able to handle stairs all day. Was disappointed that the exterior patios were not cleaned upon our arrival. Had to spend time to hose off patio and all furniture. Two other patios had to be swept and furniture wiped down before we could use them. There was also no lights on the rear patio which made grilling and dining outside a bit challenging. Note to the homeowner for future renters…providing a few additional items such as beach chairs, beach umbrella, beach/pool towels, and a couple bikes would help with making it a bit easier to travel without having to pack these bulky items. Also …. A full length mirror in the master bedroom/bathroom would be helpful as well. Overall we had a wonderful stay in Hilton Head!

Nice neighborhood but not close to beach and needs updating.

Nice, gated community. Quite a distance from the beach so you can't walk, but can ride bikes. Golf cart shuttle was great but call in advance as its first come, first serve and you will be waiting at the beach stop in the sun. The beach was great. Not busy at all. The only restroom is down the beach in a restaurant. There is no beach restroom as there is at Folly Beach up the road. There is an umbrella and chair service that will set up for you but you must call ahead of time. The umbrella and chair service in front of the restaurant will not set up where we were located. The pool was nice and very clean but small (though it seemed most of the pools in the neighborhood were this size). It was nice that it was covered but this meant it got little sun, so it was cold all week even though the weather each day was sunny with temps near 100. It seemed as though there were pool lights but they didn’t work. The house itself was very clean in terms of housekeeping. But the carpets, rugs and living room couches were all stained, making it feel less clean. We did have a carpenter ant issue in the master bath and a large wasp nest over the front door. We had to use the front door as our only entry into the house because the garage door panel did not work. We notified the manager but it was not addressed. But the owners attempted to deal with both the ants and wasps quickly. We used a smaller spare bedroom so as not to have to deal with the ant issue. We ended up leaving a day early.

Loved the pool

Our stay here was nice and relaxing. We had some issues getting the heated pool working. The owner was responsive and was able to correct the issue. We loved the pool area. Only recommendation I have for folks renting in the future bring spices, salt and pepper. All other essentials were provided which made it easier when traveling from far away.
