* In order to maintain our quiet neighborhood feel, we ask that guests respect our noise policy, especially while enjoying our outdoor amenities. The neighborhood has a strict noise ordinance starting at 9pm.

*Please remember that you are staying in our house and not in a hotel. Please be respectful of our home and our rules. If an issue arises, we promise to do what we can to fix it but remember there is nobody that lives on the property and is available 24 hours a day/7 days a week.

*We do have smart locks on all of our doors for easy self check in.

*The indoor fireplace is not to be used

* Unapproved late checkouts will be charged as an extra night.

Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
*Return both garage door openers. *Cover hot tub & ensure it’s in SbY mode. (hold the mode button down for 5 seconds) *Brush bbq grill grates, if used, with grill brush (located under the bbq).
*Turn off all lights & appliances (heater, TVs, ceiling fans, oven, bbq, outdoor string lights, etc.) *Clear out the fridge/freezer for any items you’re wanting to take with you.
*Empty indoor trash into outside bins. *Put all dirty dishes in dishwasher and start the cleaning cycle *Place all dirty towels in the bath tub. *Close & lock all entry doors and garage door.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Perfect stay, everything we wanted

We loved this house and its owners! The place is clean as a whistle, spacious and has everythiing you need for a great stay. And the decor/style is cute and homey but modern and snazzy, too. Everyone on our trip (and visitors) remarked how nice the place was. The owners were kind, friendly, responsive and accommodating. Peace of mind and good vibes here!

We really enjoyed our time here. Everything was in working order and was super clean. The beds were very comfortable. We stayed two nights and enjoyed eating at Rooster Creek and Mason Bar and Kitchen. We also enjoyed going to the park nearby as well. Thank you for a wonderful place to stay and we would come back and stay here again.

Great Thanksgiving Homebase

The home served our family extremely well as we were visiting other family in the area. The four beds in the four separate rooms ensure all had privacy when needed. The deck out back offers a great view out to the ocean. The front living room is spacious along with the giant kitchen table that easily accommodate all of us. Thank you for a great stay.

Perfect location for a Family getaway

This property is amazing! There is an upstairs deck in the back that has an ocean view, a BBQ, a hottub and enough plateware for a large group. We were able to eat as a family at the huge kitchen table and have coffee out on the deck in the mornings. There are, however, 3 stairs up to the bathrooms and some bedrooms. My uncle was very nervous with my grandma and her getting up and down the stairs to get to her bedroom and the bathrooms. Would be nice if a handrail was added for older folks visiting. Otherwise this property could not have been better suited to our needs.

Great place, exactly as described

Perfect for what we needed to house family for my daughter’s wedding. Had everything we needed, including a high chair and pack ‘n play for the baby! Access to the garage was a big plus (street parking in front of the house is limited) and so was the ability to do a load of laundry. Unfortunately, didn’t get to use the hot tub or have a bbq like I was hoping to. They also had towels and beach toys available which sadly, we couldn’t take advantage of. But the view from the deck is amazing, and we got to enjoy one meal up there. I would definitely stay here again. One caveat, bring your own coffee and filters if you want coffee, there is a coffee machine, but not a Keurig.

2 night stay

Found Strange socks below curtains in 1st BR (thrown out). No Cutting Board in its location (I can make you 1). Kitchen Cabinets need oiled or you're going to lose them. I was looking for a place with no steps. I spoke with host and assured me there were no steps going into house. Ok, I didn't ask specifically about inside house (my bad). There were 3 steps that terrified my sister-in-law that had had a stroke, there were no rails on the wall to hold on to. We got through it but you may want to consider hand rails on both sides for anyones safety, ages 8-108. My 73 year old friend had gotten out of the hot tub, toweled off and was walking down hallway, slipped and missed both steps landing on her back, that could have been catastrophic! The shower was initially difficult to operate but we figured out the glitch to it also. The 12 year old showed us. But overall, I would give you a 4.5...Thanks for letting us stay there and I would do it again...
