The home was ideal for a recent trip to Tampa with my spouse and one friend. My spouse is a writer/editor, and the room outfitted with a desk was a perfect workspace for him. We always seek out coffee shops while traveling, and our favorite happens to be about a mile away from the home. This alone makes it worthwhile for us to book this home again during our next trip, but there are so many other amenities in the area as well. I particularly liked the two similarly furnished bedrooms that have dressers to help with storing folded clothing and other items one needs to use while traveling. The office room is a flexible space that can also function as a bedroom for two people. Our entire party loved the screened-in room in the back of the house when it was time to gather for a chat. This property easily deserves a five star rating.

I am originally from Long Island, NY, attended University of South Florida here in Tampa. Wearing flip flops most year round is my kind of living. Tampa is a small city with big city amenities, just on a smaller and more manageable scale, and where anything is easily within reach and accessible.

I am a frequent traveler (both for work and pleasure) and enjoy biking , kayaking, beach, festivals , sporting, food and live music events. I enjoy exploring not only Florida and the United States but the World (Italy and Ireland have been some of my many fave international spots).

Why they chose this property

Its in a beautiful, south Tampa well desired neighborhood (Bayside West) for location and aesthetics, walkability and ease to get to most major attractions within 10 to 15 minutes.
