Great Stay!

The condo was perfect for a work trip tied to an event at the resort center. Everything with the place was excellent - very comfortable and had everything you needed for a nice stay. Close to the resort to enjoy a drink, dinner or for events.

Nice peaceful location. 2 balconies overlooking the 8th hole of one of the 3 golf courses. Clean and well equipped. Needed more towels which were delivered when I asked for. The HVAC system blasts the AC in the master bedroom while the second bedroom swelters. We never could figure out a way to make the whole unit comfortable by adjusting vents and whatnot.

Thank you for your feedback and for staying with us! I’m glad to hear you enjoyed the peaceful location, balconies, and found the condo clean and well-equipped. I also appreciate you noting that the additional towels were delivered promptly. I’m sorry to hear about the temperature difference between the bedrooms. This is the first time we have had this mentioned in several years of hosting. I wish we had known during your stay, as I would have recommended checking the vents in the second bedroom. Unfortunately, they were found to be closed after your departure, which likely caused the issue. We’re always happy to help troubleshoot anything like this in real time to ensure you’re as comfortable as possible. Thank you again for your review, and we hope you had safe travels home.

Wonderful Condo Stay

Wonderful Condo Stay for Families Our recent stay at this condo was nothing short of fantastic. It was well-equipped with everything our family needed, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. The host was exceptional—readily available to answer any questions and incredibly prompt in communication, which added to our peace of mind during our stay. The location couldn’t have been more ideal, right on the golf course and conveniently close to the horse show venue. I loved the coffee table books on things to do, and all things Michigan which inspired some wonderful day trips during our stay. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our time here and are already planning to book again for next year. It’s rare to find such a perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and hospitality. Highly recommended for families looking for a memorable stay!

Thank you for staying with us! We hope you enjoyed your time at the condo. We were a little disappointed to see an 8/10 rating without any additional feedback, as we always strive to provide our guests with a 10/10 experience. We did our best to accommodate the request for an early check-in, but because we had guests departing that morning during a busy season, our cleaning team needed the full turnover time to properly prepare the condo. Unfortunately, we weren’t able to have it ready until 3:30. We weren’t made aware of any concerns or issues during the stay, but we always appreciate feedback and would have been happy to address anything that came up. Thank you again for choosing our condo, and we hope you had a wonderful trip!
