The Waipouli Beach Resort is a new concept in luxury accommodations on the lush island of Kauai, Hawaii and is centrally located within easy reach to any area of the island. Waipouli Beach 2nd Floor Beautiful Condo just steps from the beach. With the upscale features of a luxury hotel combined with the space and plush interior of this 2 bedroom, 3 bath, 1312 square foot unit that includes an ultra gourmet top of the line kitchen with a Sub-Zero refrigerator, Wolf glass cook top, Wolf oven, GE profile microwave, Fisher Paykel dual dishwasher drawers, granite counter top and African Mahogany cabinets plus three full bathrooms with Peruvian Travertine tile surrounds,2 soaking tubs & 2 showers, and fine artwork.

This unit has 3 flat screen led tv's, wifi, ipod doc stereo. The living room TV has a built in internet browser, access, browse & surf the internet, check Facebook, or watch your Netflix right on the living room Smart TV.

This newly constructed luxury resort is located on the beautiful Waipouli Beach coastline between the historical towns of Kapaa and Wailua. If it is Paradise by the ocean you're looking for, you will experience just that when you stay at this luxurious, serene, and truly inviting resort.

The condo was beautiful, better than the pictures, and the location is perfect! The beds were very comfortable. I loved the deep soaking tub! The condo is very well furnished, has everything you need for a great stay, right down to the cooler and snorkeling gear; boogie boards too!! You get a beautiful view of the mountains AND ocean. The beach is literally steps away. The pool, lazy river, waterfalls and waterslides were so fun and the water very clean! Mai Tai's at the restaurant on site were the best on the island. The gym had everything I needed for full body workouts. There was plenty of parking and Safeway, sushi and shaved ice right across the street! The airport is a 15 minute drive away. We look forward to staying again and referring our friends and family. Thanks for sharing your beautiful condo Ritchie! Our memories will last a lifetime or until we return to make more!

Great short stay!

This visit was made great due to the ease and comfort of this unit. We were visiting from Oʻahu for the high school state cross country meet at Island School and had a very comfortable and easy stay. Mahalo!

Wonderful family stay at Waipouli Beach Resort!

We loved our stay! The condo was perfect for our family of 5. It was well stocked and had everything we needed. The pool was amazing. Our kids ages 5, 7, and 9 loved the slides, lazy river, and hot tub. The resort is on the water with gorgeous views. We would highly recommend for a family vacation!

Love staying here! Family friendly area. Pool has a lazy winding river with waterslides, and multiple jacuzzi’s. It’s well equipped kitchen, and stocked activity area saved us. Very quick response time. Highly recommend

Single Night Stay

Unit is very nice, easy to hang out in with little kids. We had to open all the doors as it had a musty or pet odor. Kids were in the pool for hours, and the beach is right on the resort. We had a slight issue trying to get pool towels, as they said our unit was "vacant" and there were no registered guests. Overall for one night it met all our needs. Pool and bar was the best part.

Wonderful condo

This beautiful property exceeded all expectations. The condo was clean and comfortable, and included snorkeling equipment and beach gear. The owner was quick to respond to questions and was super helpful. The pool was the highlight for my kids- they haven’t stopped talking about it. Location is great- we spent time in Kapa’a where there are many food options and also drove to the North shore and Waimea as well- easy trips in both directions. I highly recommend this place!

Lovely rental

This condo was beautiful & very clean. Nice layout, great for two couples. Beds were comfy too. Really enjoyed the lanai for card games & morning coffee. The pool area & beach are spectacular! Only two minor complaints: The dining/living area needs more lighting, quite dark to eat dinner. And kitchen could use more than one towel. Thank you for a memorable vacation!

Staycation

We are a ‘Ohana, born and raised on the beautiful island of Kaua’i. Our apartment was set for fumigation so we decided to head east and stay at the Waipouli resort for a few days. Our property manager Richie was very helpful and communicative throughout the whole process and made everything so smooth and easy to navigate during our stay. We loved the condo and was surprised on how perfectly spacious it was for our family of four. The pool was awesome and the beach just a short walking distance from our room. We gathered ‘0pihi (limpets) fresh from the ocean and paleu it on the grill. It was so ono (delicious) & although the weather was on and off rainy and very windy, we sure had a great time and would definitely do it again. Mahalo

Great Location and Property

We really enjoyed our time in Kauai. Since we have 2 older teens, we really wanted something bigger than a hotel room and this condo did not disappoint. It had 2 big bedrooms, a sofa with a pull out bed, and 3 bathrooms. One bathroom only had a tub, one bathroom only had a shower, and the other bathroom had a tub and shower. All of the bathrooms had toilets and sinks which was very helpful with 2 teenagers. The condo was very well stocked and had plenty of beach equipment. With the Safeway across the street, we ate most of our meals at the condo which saved so much time and money. And we only had to buy food, because the condo had everything else we needed. Our host was very responsive when we reached out. The condo was at a great location. We were able to easily get to Weimea Canyon, the lighthouse and everything in between from the condo while still being close to the airport. We enjoyed the pool and hot tubs at the resort, and the beautiful beach at the resort was quiet and felt secluded anytime we went there. We were able to watch the beautiful sunrise every morning at the beach too. We loved Kauai and this condo made our time there even better. I would definitely recommend this condo.

Steps from the beach, one of the best pools on the island. This property has an amazon Air flow through it which is my favorite thing about it. Leave doors open and enjoy the ocean breeze all day and night. Beach equipment is supplied that includes chairs, boogie boards, 6 sets of snorkel gear (4 adult, 2 children sets) Pack and play is provided for little ones.
