The guest bedroom has a king bed. The upstairs master bedroom has a queen size bed and an ocean view. Living room has a queen size sleeper sofa. There is a folding baby "pack in play" is in the closet for infant/baby to sleep in.

- Per resort rules don't hang wet towels or clothes from the lanai rail or lanai furniture. Hang wet items inside the bathroom to dry.
- Quiet time is 10pm-7am. Lower the volume on TV and come inside, off the lanai, if talking loudly. Have children use their inside voice.
- Check in is 3pm. Check out is 10am. For late flights off island you may want to book an additional night. Remove shoes before entering condo.

About Marcy Parmley
This condo is privately owned my Marcy & John, who live in Bakersfield, California. It is not a time share! We use our vacation condo as often as we can get to Kauai. A ocean front condo requires lots of upkeep so we try to visit at least a few times a year. We enjoy hiking, mountain biking, snorkeling, shopping at local farmers markets and exploring all Kauai has to offer. We purchased this condo because it is on the East shore of Kauai, which is much cooler than the South shore due to the cool trade winds coming off the ocean. Our condo isn't situated between lots of other condos. Kaha Lani Resort is the only resort in on this part of the beach, it's situated between Lydgate Park and the Wailua Golf Course so the beach is very private. We enjoy the 5 minute walk to Lydgate Park to snorkel in the protected swimming lagoons. When our grand children visit you will find us in the Lydgate swimming ponds most days, if we aren't playing the children's play bridge or swimming in the resort pool. We enjoy riding our bikes along the 7 mile bike path that runs directly in front of the resort and travels along the beach line through Kapaa. We often ride our bikes two miles into Wailua and Kapaa for breakfast at the many mom & pop resturants. We hope to retire to Kauai full time in about 15 years.

Why Marcy Parmley chose Lihue
We fell in love with Kauai on our first visit. It is our favorite Hawaiian island. We chose Kaha Lani because it is the most beautiful resort on the island. It is tucked away all by itself. There is a beautiful, undeveloped, white sand beach directly in front of the resort. Very quite, tropical setting. My husband loves to golf and the Wailua Golf Course is right next door. He can walk right over. I love walking right out to the beach in front and setting up my hammock for an afternoon of reading. A great place for a honeymoon, birthday or anniversary. Being a short walk from Lydgate Beach Park it is also a great place for families. I hope you enjoy your stay at our home.
What makes this Condo unique
Centrally located on Kauai's East Coast. We can drive a short distance to the North or South Shores. Shopping and eating are close by, yet you feel miles away from everything when you drive into this resort. Right next door to a beautiful county golf course with very affordable rates. Comes fully stocked with beach chairs, umbrella, boogie boards, snorkel sets, ice chest, and tennis rackets. There are three BBQ's on the grounds, along with a fully stocked kitchen you can save money by eating at home. Safeway grocery store is just two miles north of the condo. Kauai also has many Farmer's Markets which you will want to shop for fresh fruit and vegetables.
