New Villa on Siesta Key! 2 Bedrooms with Pool, Dock, and Walkable to Beach!

Our villa has everything you need for an amazing, relaxing stay on Siesta Key....home to the #1 ranked beach in the US!



First, the location couldn't be better! We are across the street from Siesta Key beach!! We are located in the beautiful tree-lined community Polynesian Gardens that is tranquil, quiet, and full of friendly neighbors. The neighborhood is on the intracoastal waterway and our Villa is across the street from the water's edge. There is a private community dock steps away from our front door that is perfect for fishing, relaxing, taking in some sun, and even spotting dolphins as they swim right up to the dock every morning. There's also a private community heated pool in the middle of the community that is available for a dip year round.



Our villa is very spacious with two large bedrooms, an office, large family room, and screened in lanai. Our yard is completely fenced in for privacy. We recently purchased our villa and completely updated it with all new high end furnishings, including top of the line Sealy Brand mattresses for your sleeping comfort. We outfitted the villa with everything you would need to feel right at home, as well as everything you would need for a day at the beach. The screened in lanai is fully furnished to relax or enjoy a meal. The lanai leads to the spacious outdoor area with a grill and seating area. We have TV's located in all rooms and cable TV is included. All TV's are 4K and support streaming services if you prefer to log into your personal accounts.



The family room is very spacious and has a very large and comfortable couch to relax on. There is a 60" smart tv, games, storage, blankets, and dining area. The family room leads out to the screened in lanai and to the backyard. The screened in lanai has a couch and two chairs for relaxing. It also has a small café table for 2 where you can dine.



The primary bedroom is furnished with a king sized bed, large dresser, two night stands, 43" smart tv and plenty of storage and mirrors. There's an ensuite bathroom and a walk-in closet with plenty of space to hang your clothes along with lots of storage. The secondary bedroom is furnished with a queen sized bed, large dresser, two night stands, 24" smart tv and large closet. The secondary bathroom has a bathtub/shower along with all the amenities needed such as soaps and hair dryer.



The kitchen comes equipped with everything needed for an extended stay. Stainless steel appliances: refrigerator (with ice machine), stove, microwave, and dishwasher. There's a coffee station that includes a coffee maker, grinder, and Keurig. The kitchen is stocked with dishes, glasses, bowls, pots & pans, small appliances (toaster, blender, etc), and everything you would need to cook or grill with.



The office comes equipped with everything you would need to work remotely. There's a desk with comfortable desk chair. Also a monitor and printer/scanner along with general office supplies. A second monitor is available by request.



Most importantly, we are steps away from Siesta Key beach! It's a short 10-15 minute walk to the beach access, but we also provide bikes for your use to ride to the beach. While Siesta Key beach is the most amazing beach in the US, we are just a short drive away from other amazing beaches such as Lido Key Beach and Anna Maria Island.



Other than the beach, there are plenty of amazing things to do in the Siesta Key/Sarasota area. The Siesta Key Village is a short 5 minute car ride (or free trolley ride) away and has many shops, restaurants, and bars. Downtown Sarasota is a gem filled with unique shops, restaurants, theater, music & art festivals, and a farmer's market every weekend (during winter months). St Armand's Circle is also a great place for shops and restaurants and is probably our favorite area to hang out. Also, there's kayaking, marinas, boat rentals, gator farms, mangrove tours..... just too much to list!

Our property is smoke-free. There is no smoking inside the villa or anywhere outside on the property. This is strictly enforced so please respect this policy when booking



No pets allowed. This is enforced by the neighborhood Association so there are no exceptions.

Q. Is there a pool?

A. Yes, there is a private community heated pool in the Polynesian Gardens community. It is a short 2 minute walk from our Villa


Q. How close are you to the beach and how do I get there?

A. The Polynesian Gardens is across the street from the Siesta Key beach. The public access is a 10-15 minute walk or 5 minute bike ride. The main beach access is a 5-10 minute car or trolley ride away


Q. Is it easy to park at the beach?

A. Depends on the day and time of the year. If you get there early enough, you should be able to find a parking spot. However there are plenty of free trolley services that pick you up right outside of our community and will drop you off at the main access point

Q. Are you near the Siesta Key Village?

A. We are located about a 5-10 minute car ride/trolley ride away from the Siesta Key Village. The Village has everything you need for an amazing vacation on the island. It has many restaurants, bars, grocery stores, drug stores, gift shops, and ice cream shops


Q. Does your house have beach supplies or do I need to bring my own?

A. We have everything you will need! Including towels, blankets, umbrella, coolers, chairs, and beach toys/games

** Min Age To Rent: Per community rules and regulations, all reservations must be booked by and accompanied by an adult who is 21 yrs of age or older

** Individuals under 21 years of age may not occupy the house unless a parent is in the residence. Children shall not be let alone in the house at any time
