We loved this clean and convenient cabin about 10 minutes from Gatlinburg. There was plenty of room, it was spotless, and kept us close enough so we could have an action packed weekend with the kids.

Thank you, Nick, for your kind words. I will share them with my cleaner. You are welcome to stay in Smokey's Bearadise anytime you return to the area.
Excellent cabin stay. Lots of beds for sleeping arrangements, kitchen was fully stocked with pots, pans, dishes, etc. There were plenty of blankets and towels. It was a very comfortable and fun stay for my family over the Thanksgiving holiday.
The property was amazing. We had 3 families with us, and each one had a floor to themselves! Super cozy and we were super excited to see bears every single day right at the cabin!

I'm thrilled that all of you enjoyed your stay at Smokey's Bearadise. Seeing bears in their natural habitat is exciting. I would be happy to host you again. Thank you for treating my cabin so well.
Great long weekend beautiful cabin, had bears around everyday to see driving up. The drive up has some breathtaking views. Close to town and the ski resort. Overall kids and family loves the trip and property owner was in contact and extremely helpful with any questions we had!
Loved the amenities and thoughtfulness in all aspects of this cabin, there was only one beach towel for the hot tub however. We loved the view and ease of accessing both Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. We would stay again for sure.
Great cabin, kid and pet friendly. Beds were comfortable and bathrooms great and well stocked. Had some areas of dust and ran into some dirty dishes. Otherwise cleane and neat. The kids had a great time. Overall a great stay.

I'm so glad you and your group enjoyed Smokey's Bearadise. Thank you for letting me know about the dust and few dirty dishes. I will discuss with my cleaner. You're welcome to return if you're coming to the area again.
Our family of 5 loved this house! It’s so private and close to Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. We had plenty of room to spread out at home after spending the day in town. The kids loved the foosball game and pop-a-shot. We’ll definitely be back.

Thank you for your nice review. I would love to have you back in Smokey's Bearadise.

Our family decided to gather in the mountains outside Gatlinburg and Smokey’s Bearadise was the PERFECT choice! The cabin was exactly as advertised, spacious enough for the 10 of us yet homey at the same time. We had great space to be together and enough space to spread out as well. Lois was very communicative throughout the process, including making sure we had everything we needed once we arrived. A perfect host and a perfect getaway. Could not recommend more highly!

Vickie,
Thank you for the review and suggestion. I will talk to my cleaner to determine a place to store extra blankets that a guest can access easily. I would love to host you again.
Check in was super easy. Great communication with the host. The cabin worked out great for the 4 of us and my moms needs. Kitchen, living and dining area on the main floor along with a bedroom and full bath & walk-in shower. Walk-in shower was great for my mom to get in and out of with ease and no safety concerns. The top floor has bedroom and full bathroom (walk in shower-one person) the larger walk-in shower is in the main floor bedroom. The top level has two beds and a small kids play area. The basement floor has a bedroom and full bathroom along with 2 added bunkbeds. The washer and dryer are down there too. The main level and lower levels has access to decks. The hot tub was great (lower level). We did see bears down the road but none at the cabin. The drive to get to the cabin is a super long windy uphill drive.... way up into the mountains. I HIGHLY recommend getting there in the Daylight! There is parking in front of the house for 1 vehicle. (I would recommend to housekeeping to get the low touch areas- dust on ceiling fans, lampshades, blinds, pesky cobwebs/dust in corners of floors/ceilings & the inside trash cans needed to be cleaned. Perhaps the vent return filter needed to be changed. I find that makes a difference in the dust at home). If you don't know about septic systems, this house and many like it are on septic systems so follow the septic rules. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We felt very comfortable.

Other than a couple of issues at check-in, our stay was great! The property manager was quick to respond and made the stay comfortable! It was the little details that I noticed throughout the property that made me appreciate the care put into making our time at the cabin enjoyable. The cabin was beautiful!

We loved our stay here! Lois was very quick to provide clear and accurate communication. We had one issue and she resolved it the same day and even compensated us for the “trouble”. The house was great for our group bc had plenty of space to hang out together and also separate as needed. Highly recommend!

I'm so happy your group had a great time at Smokey's Bearadise and in the The Great Smoky Mountains. You were so understanding with the issue. I would love to host you again if you return to the area.
If you want to be way back in the mountains, this is the place. It was very quiet, with only the sound of birds, the occasional car passing and the echo of children’s voices from the cabin above. The cabin was huge, with every inch utilized for guests to enjoy. It was very clean and comfortable, there were even extra blankets next to the fireplace. The kitchen was well stocked. I definitely recommend bringing groceries and ice to start off. The ice maker didn’t work for us. There is a small market close by but it’s about thirty minutes to a supermarket. We did most of our own cooking. The cabin was beautiful and well appointed. It was nice having a bathroom on each level. I would have liked a door at the top of the lower level stairs. The hot tub was hot and very relaxing, even though I was on constant Bear watch. We didn’t see any bears. It was fantastic being next to the National Park or in it, it was a very short drive to Sugarlands Visitors Center. I definitely recommend taking the road that follows the River to Cades Cove, it was gorgeous. Some things to consider, we brought two trucks and barely had room to park them. This cabin is right next to the road. The only grill was a charcoal grill and right next to the road. We didn’t see any cornhole set, but we enjoyed the basketball game. The fireplace didn’t heat, it just glowed. We still enjoyed it. All in all, we had a wonderful time at Smokey’s Bearadise.
My family (6 adults and 4 children under 8) had an excellent stay at this location. We were celebrating a birthday and the host was generous enough to provide a birthday surprise. Definitely above and beyond. We also saw a bear during our stay so be sure to follow the instructions given by the host about car and food/trash safety. I would definitely recommend this location to others.

We loved staying here, thank you so much for your hospitality! The whole family was comfortable, the cabin was so cozy and had everything we could ever need. We really enjoyed using the hot tub and the neighborhood pool. Lois is a great host, communicated everything really well with us and was super responsive. The cabin is exactly as advertised. We loved our stay here and miss our daily sightings of the naughty neighborhood bear Wilbur. Hopefully we will be able to come back soon. Thank you so much for everything!

Everything about this cabin was amazing, the view, getting to see the bears next door. Their was a Hot tub and outdoor and indoor activities. The property manager was amazing any questions we had she was happy to help, told us about different things going on in the area. She had contact with us weeks before our trip. This was byfar the best trip we have ever taken.

Sounds like your group had a wonderful time on your vacation. Seeing bears in their habitat is very awesome. I would be glad to host your group again.
Beautiful, convenient although terrifying trek at 2 AM to get to the cabin :). Owner surprised my son and his best friend with a Congratulations Grad banner and cake - it was so sweet! Although we left early in the mornings and came back around 8-9 PM during our stay-it was a wonderful place to retreat to. Everyone had their own space to decompress and hangout. Highly recommend.

We came to Gatlinburg for a quick trip for my son’s soccer tournament. The owners had set up a few soccer decorations just for us. It made my son feel special. The Christmas decorations throughout were inviting. My only complaint is we didn’t get to stay longer. The views for morning coffee were perfect and we looked looked everywhere hoping to spot a bear, but no luck.

We had the pleasure of staying at this cabin for a few nights. I wish we would have been able to enjoy it even longer, but sadly had to get back home. The host was amazing!! She was very communicative and made sure we had everything we needed for our short stay. We were celebrating our sons birthday and she went out of her way to put up birthday banners and a gift. It really made his day. The space was perfect for a large family and everyone was spread out enough where we weren't on top of each other. We also happened to spot a bear teenager on the deck one of the afternoons which our kids loved. I would highly recommend this cabin to anyone visiting Gatlinburg. 10/10

I'm very happy you enjoyed your stay at Smokey's Bearadise and your son liked his birthday surprise. I hope to see your name on another reservation.
We had a wonderful weekend at the cabin! Lois was great with communication from the moment we booked the trip. She asked if we were coming into town for anything special, which we were, my daughters soccer tournament. Upon arrival the cabin had been decorated with soccer flags, table clothes, and cute signs. It was such a sweet and very personal gesture.
The cabin was very spacious and clean. Everyone had their own space to relax. The kids loved the little snacks in the kitchen. It’s a great cabin for large families.
We also enjoyed watching the bears and turkeys from the porch. We saw them daily in the neighbors yard & once on our porch.
We had such a fun time. Thank you!

Thank you for your kind words. It was a pleasure to host you and your group for the soccer tournament. I hope they enjoyed their games. If you're ever thinking of returning to Gatlinburg, with a or without a tournament, I would certainly host you again.

The owner was wonderful & went way beyond what we expected when we had an issue with rowdy neighbors. After that was handled, the neighborhood and atmosphere were quiet, calm & peaceful. It is very close to both gatlinburg & pigeon forge.
The owner even surprised the kids with small thoughtful gifts!
The beds were perfect for 4 adults & 4 kids. Its hard to find a cabin with beds that aren't pull out couches.
The fireplace was very relaxing and the deck views were peaceful. There isn't a ton of couch seating, but because we were able to spread out over 3 floors it wasnt an issue. The cabin was decorated for Christmas & had a nice homey feel.
The basement rooms stayed much colder than the rest of the house despite efforts to warm them. The main level collected all the heat and the people in the basement were pretty cold most of the night. This wasnt a deal breaker, but be prepared to bring extra blankets.
The kitchen was equipped with basic essentials like pans, a pot & strainer, a crockpot, cookie sheets ect.
The shower had great water pressure & having 3 full bathrooms was really nice.
My kids loved the games in the cabin.
Overall it was a great experience. This was a wonderful cabin for families on a budget wanting a short drive to all the area activities.
