The apartment was a welcome home base for the weekend. Very close to downtown and the bay. It was so nice to have 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms for convenience and privacy. The apartment was very quiet even though there were many other occupants in the building. Highly recommended for a northern Michigan retreat!

We loved our stay in this condo. The beds were super comfy and there were lots of warm cozy blankets on the beds for the colder nights. The location is just a quick drive to town which worked great for us. We used the roof top hot tubs every night. We would absolutely book again.

Why they chose this property

Base of the Old Mission peninsula is the perfect location to explore the TC area. Downtown TC is 3 miles to the west and the Horse Show By the Bay is only 8 miles to the east. Located less than a mile from the Civic Center, NMC and numerous restuarants and shops.

What makes this property unique

Brand new construction with an industrial design flavor. The condo has a rooftop deck with 10 hot tubs for use.
Condo is large, with high ceilings and gorgeous views out of its 4th story windows.
