Me encanta North Shore Cherry Cove frente a la playa en West Grand Traverse Bay en Leelanau.

Casa sencilla y limpia rodeada de naturaleza y belleza.

En la bahía:
Playa privada de arena orientada al sur en West Grand Traverse Bay con vistas de Power Island y vistas lejanas de las luces de Traverse City. Observe el amanecer sobre Old Mission Peninsula desde la orilla del agua. El carbón y el líquido para encendedores están listos en la terraza para asar a la parrilla. La leña se apila en la playa para disfrutar de una fogata en la noche.
Durante la temporada alta de verano, rema a lo largo de Cherry Cove en uno de los kayaks y practica tablas de remo. Siéntate en la terraza de la playa o al final del muelle. Descansa en las hamacas y siéntate en los troncos alrededor de la fogata.

Casa principal:
La gran sala familiar se centra alrededor de la chimenea de gas natural con un televisor inteligente y servicio de internet (sin cable). Ropa de cama se proporcionan con lavadora y secadora. El dormitorio principal tiene una cama queen y un solárium privado con vistas a un arroyo cristalino. El segundo dormitorio tiene 2 camas queen. La cocina / comedor está equipada con todo lo esencial.

Apartamento auxiliar:
 Ubicado sobre el garaje y separado por entrada privada, ocupado por el propietario a tiempo parcial. También el instructor de la escuela de baile reside en la sala de estudio detrás del garaje. Es nuestra prioridad que los huéspedes de la casa principal reciban todos los respetos de privacidad y cuidado.

Ubicación:
Tranquila comunidad cabaña tranquila. El camino es agradable para caminar o andar en bicicleta. La playa está al otro lado de Lee Point Road. La propiedad está a 15 minutos de Traverse City y 5 minutos de Suttons Bay.

The house is great! Aaron was super friendly as a host.The location is perfect for exploring the area, yet far enough to get some distance from the high tourist areas. Would definitely stay here again.

The place was clean and nice. The owners live in part of the house but we're not there while we were (and the areas are separate). The hot tub was okay and I didnt try the sauna long (could figure it out). The lake view was absolutely amazing and very relaxing. Lots of outdoor amenities on the property. I really enjoyed the stay.

Aaron is a great host. The place is very thoughtfully stocked with everything you could want. The hot tub was great, and we enjoyed fires at sunset on the beach. The beds were very comfortable, as was the furniture.

Lovely, spacious clean home stocked with everything you need. Although the lake is across the street from the house, there is a wonderful, large outdoor room to sit and enjoy the lake views, sunsets and sunrise. It was wonderful!

The location was perfect. It was too cold for water activities, but having campfires on the beach was amazing! The host was extremely nice and accommodating, he even left flowers for us after discovering we were there on our mini-honeymoon. Will definitely keep this spot in mind for future trips!

Our third year here and love it more each time. The amenities, the thoughtful stocking of items at the house that make it more comfortable and accommodating, and the continuous upgrades are always so appreciated. It’s our home away from home and you simply can’t beat the beach area at this property!!

Great place, clean and well appointed. Everything you need is in the kitchen. Bathrooms are also well stocked and we appreciated the big box fans for nighttime (even though there is also A/C). The beach area is on the other side of the road but the road is rather quiet and the beach is lovely complete with SUPs, kayaks and a cute gazebo with furniture. It was nice and relaxing for our family.

my 1st time doing a vrbo

The place is really nice. The beach is something a person wont forget. Aaron is a good guy. If we had an issue, he was on it. The fire pit was awesome! This place has a lot to offer. Its great for adults and children. The reason for a mid score was I felt that Aaron keeps to close of an eye on things. Good and bad. The hot tub area is fantastic but there was no privacy. Aaron lives above the garage. He keeps his windows open in the hot tub area. We didn't feel very comfortable about that. The house AC was blowing hot air. It was 76 degrees in the house at midnight. Most of our time was spent on the fantastic beach across the street from the location. Very, very low traffic. Another thing was the front door. Only way to get into the place was dropping your shoulder into it and hitting it really hard. I like to be out late on the beach. I would get back to the house and I would have to really hit it, waking my family up. We made it work. When it comes to your fire pit. You should really post your rules on the beach, Aaron. The fire was well maintained but a little big but contained. There's no reason to be watching out your windows waiting for me to go in. Then I go in for food and use the rest room and come back out to see that you poured water on my fire and took the lighter fluid you accommodated us with. It was like we were little children and we had the beach police after dark. The lighter fluid thing really hurt your score.

Do not book this

The place is NOT as pictured. There are the owners living above in the attached garage- no privacy shade (as owner states). The house is across the street from the lake and does not back up to the lake. The outdoor is dirty and unwelcome. The largest issue the awful smell inside. We literally walked in and left and booked another place.

Peaceful Paradise

This little gem is such a peaceful & friendly neighborhood. The view of the cove is simply stellar! And centrally located to make it to all the spots you want in minutes! Aaron is a wonderful host - if he is on the property he is very respectful of your privacy & promptly responsive to any questions or needs you may have.We walked the neighborhood - lounged on the beach - soaked in the hot tub - rejuvenated in the steam barrel - had amazing breakfast @ 9 Beans every day - drove M22 loop & hit all the beautiful vineyards - had amazing food - simply had a wonderful time

Perfect!

Our stay was perfect! Clean and plenty of room! We love Suttons Bay and this was very convenient in getting to and from all of our favorite spots! The hot tub was a great bonus for our evenings!!! Highly recommend!

Perfect Quiet Weekend

We wanted a quiet relaxing place to land in between wineries and shopping. It was absolutely perfect and the host’s communication was great! We only wish the weather would’ve been nicer for us to take advantage of the beautiful private beach! We would most definitely stay again

Relaxing Getaway

Love North Shore Cherry Cove was a perfect place for our getaway. Location is great for exploring the Leelanau peninsula. Traverse city is only 15 minutes south. Aaron is a gracious host. Your privacy is his priority. The home is spacious, clean, and filled with all the little touches that welcome you in. You truly feel right at home. The beach is very nice. We had a great fire and enjoyed the new gazebo. Hot tub was wonderful after our daily outings. We did not use the sauna but plan to during our next stay. Thank you Aaron!

Beautiful Home

We loved our stay here. The house was extremely clean, the beds were very comfortable, and the kitchen had everything we needed. The grill on the beach as fun and the views were amazing. We all loved the hot tub and sauna.

You may find me working on the property, or packing for my next trip, as i am always on the go! I love kayaking, hiking and learning, with a special devotion to yoga.

West Grand Traverse Bay is a very powerful body of water. South Lee Point Road holds an energy of welcoming comfort and calm peaceful serenity. The property is surrounded by mature forest of cedar and oak. The crystal clear stream flows year round spilling into the bay, providing a cool aliveness of fresh woodsy wilderness. The cottage is tucked back into the shade of the trees, while the white sandy beach rests in full sun all day.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

The view from both the family room and kitchen are so amazing! As the trees are as much of the experience as the bay itself.
Other benefits include: use of the gazebo, dock , kayaks , and paddle boards.
