We are also located 30 to 40 minutes drive from different beaches such as Hermosa, Ocotal, Flamingo, Penca. Superbe condo neuf

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Superbe condo neuf, très propre. Nous avons grandement profité de la piscine et de la cour extérieur en fin de journée après nos activités à l'extérieur. Très satisfait du service rendu par le gestionnaire de la réservation. La plage, les restaurants et les supermarchés se font sont à courte distance. Le condo se situe dans un emplacement où il y a de la construction en cours mais nous n'avons jamais été gêné par le bruit puisque nous quittions le condo en matinée pour revenir en milieu d'après-midi. Je recommande cette location sans hésiter!

Fabulous place! Close to everything

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The place was very clean and everything was in great working order. We arrived and didn’t have a toaster. They immediately went out and bought us one. They showed us how to use the tv system. Very great attention to details and genuine care for their tenants. Was extremely happy with the Management company Krain Real Estate. I would never hesitate to rent this unit or use Krain to rent from in the future. Everything was in close proximity to walk or drive. Loved it!!!

Nice new build

The high end condo was very new, very clean and had everything you needed. Great place to stay for two couples or a family of four. High Quality bedding, towels, kitchen appliances, decorating and happy colourful artwork on the walls. Very short drive to supermarket, shops, good restaurants and beach.
