2315 Villamare is a 2 bedroom, 2 bath villa located on the 3rd floor with beautiful garden views. This villa has recently undergone a complete renovation with updated baths, kitchen and furnishings.
To the left of the entrance is the guest bedroom featuring two queen beds, two chairs and a 50” SMART TV. The sliding doors open to a private covered balcony with two chairs that have ottomans. Enjoy your morning coffee while taking in the views of the water fountain and garden. The private bathroom has a single granite topped vanity and a tub/shower combo.
To the right of the entrance is the open floor plan kitchen, dining and living room. The kitchen has beautiful custom cabinets, granite countertops, four leather cushioned bar stools, and stainless-steel appliances. In the kitchen closet is the stacked washer and dryer. Complex amenities include the newly renovated family-friendly pool, sundeck and hot tub area. This project also included the addition of a brand new, adult-only, oceanfront, serenity pool with its own hot tub and sunning deck.
