Come experience our beautifully updated beach home, located within the prestigious Ocean Lakes community. Whether you are looking to stay busy, enjoy some much needed downtime or a combination of both, our home has you covered. With our home, you receive access to all pools, water park, lazy river, grocery store, restaurant and much more!

The space:
Our home is very modern with top of the line WIFI for gaming/streaming, all smart TV's inside, light colored paint to harness the natural sunlight and proximity to the ocean that's hard to beat. Each room has a beach theme with matching, real wood furniture in every room. Brand new appliances and overly clean.

Guest access:
Our guests have access to almost everything within our home. Aside from 2 owners closets that are used to store extra home items (paper towel, toilet paper, soap, etc.), our home is your home. Outside of our home, guests have access to all on-site amenities at Ocean Lakes. This includes, but not limited to: Pools, lazy river, kids pool w/ water climbers, restaurant, general/grocery store, golf cart rental (not included in price), daily activities, etc. Our home has 4 parking stalls and 1 golf cart stall.

Neighborhood:
Ocean Lakes is a community of beach houses, with a campground, that’s attached to 1+ miles of private ocean/beach front. Included with your stay an on premise waterpark, indoor and outdoor pool, lazy river, mini golf, restaurant, grocery store and many more amenities. When you visit Ocean Lakes, you are a part of our extended family and we want to take the hassle out of planning a vacation. Sit back, relax and enjoy all that Myrtle Beach has while enjoying ocean views from your our 2 wrap around decks!

Getting around:
Ocean Lakes is a big community, therefore a golf cart is a convenient way to help get you and your family around quickly. Due to liability concerns, we do not provide a golf cart. These can be rented directly through Ocean Lakes. Guests can rent a standard golf cart (4 seater) or a stretch golf cart (6 seater) for part or all of your stay. We are happy to help coordinate with our guests.

Other things to note:
We bought this house in March of 2023 with the intention of bringing our family and other families together to make memories that last a lifetime. We are excited to share our home with you and hope you will fall in love with Myrtle Beach like we did. Ocean Lakes does charge $12/day per vehicle.

Location!

This house was perfect for our extended family. The location is so close to the beach and a short golf cart ride to other amenities. Plenty of parking and the owners were so responsive with any questions we had. I spent months trying to find a house for our vacation and I’m so glad that I went with this one!

Family fun!

This is an annual event with our family but we normally camp. This year, we decided to invite more family members and rent a house near the beach. This property did not disappoint! Very comfortable, well stocked kitchen, comfortable bed with linens and towels included. Plenty of room for everyone in our group, steps from the beach and a short golf cart ride to the water park. The owner was easy to work with and quick to respond to my many questions. I would highly recommend this property!!

Great Ocean Lakes Stay

We had a great week and my family was extremely happy with the house, location, and communication. Baily was very quick to respond with any questions I asked. The bathrooms, bedrooms and kitchen all felt very clean and we were all very comfortable. The kitchen was fully stocked with a good amount of plates, cups, cooking utensils, and even salt, pepper, spices and olive oil which was so nice. My beach umbrella broke while we were there so we appreciated that she had extra umbrellas in the garage along with chairs, sand toys and a wagon. The location was wonderful and only like five houses from the beach…made it easy if we wanted to go back to eat a quick lunch and then go right back to the beach. My family would 100% stay here again!

Above and beyond expectations!!

First of all, we have stayed at Ocean Lakes for 15+ years at all different houses. This place went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect! The linens were all provided and clean and new! There was no need to bring extra! Plenty of towels and hand towels. There was dishwashing soap and hand soap and laundry detergent and trash bags. There were even shampoos and conditioners in each bathroom as well as face wipes. They also supplies beach chairs and a wagon. All we had to do was show up, load up the wagon and WALK a few steps to the beach. This place is fabulous and clean!!!! The owners wer so easy to work with and responded so quickly with my questions!! You will not regret this place !!

Wonderful stay at Jake and Baily’s place in Ocean Lakes. We would definitely stay again. Great location, with a short walk to the beach (even with little kids), and a short golf car ride to the water park and other amenities (walkable for adults, trickier with lots of stuff and kids in tow). The little touches throughout our stay made a huge difference, including the place coming with linens, enough toilet paper and paper towels and laundry and dishwasher detergent that we didn’t need to immediately go shopping for the boring basics. The kitchen came reasonably well stocked, leaving us able to cook for our group without much trouble at all. The kids plates and dishes were a lifesaver, as we didn’t need to worry about the little ones breaking the nice dishes. We greatly appreciated the high quality Wifi, as a few in our group had to take some work meetings and calls during our trip and had no issues using Zoom, Teams, etc. for video meetings. Jake and Baily communicated promptly and seamlessly throughout our stay, helping to tackle some unexpected challenges quickly and easily and let us focus on enjoying our vacation rather than dealing with logistical problems.
