About The Owner

I live and work in Auburn, Ca. I am a real estate broker with two children. I LOVE to golf. Not just for the sport of it but for the time spent with my friends and family. I also enjoy listening to music (Dave Matthews Band, John Mellancamp, David Bowie, Santana, Bruce Springsteen, Van Morrison and on and on), barbequing, playing poker. I also love real estate. I love helping people with one of the biggest decisions they'll make in their life. Its important to get it right. It's such a great feeling each time I have a satisfied client.

The Owner purchased this condo in 2010

Why The Owner chose Blairsden

Graeagle is such a great area it was hard not to purchase a property here. I first came up here with a group of 12 guys to golf for 7 days. It was awesome! The weather is amazing, the scenery magnificent and the golf was great. We dined out every other night and ate at all of the fine restaurants the area has to offer. If I could live in my vacation rental property I would.

What makes this condo unique

When staying here in Graegle it is so relaxing. It's pretty quiet. The air is fresh, the mornings are crisp and the evenings are perfect. Sitiing out on the deck enjoying a cold beverage as the sun goes down and visiting with friends is just a great way to spend 3, 4, 5 days or even a week. I know you will enjoy it too.

Not what we expected

  • 2 of 5

The unit was in a great location but needed maintenance. The beds were old with sinking mattresses, there is no air conditioning, and it would get quite warm upstairs. Although there are fans, it was difficult to leave the slider doors open as the screens did not shut so bugs would come in. However, with a little maintenance and new mattresses, this place would have been ideal!

Nice place, especially if you like frogs

  • 4 of 5

Nice house on the inside. Has everything one needs. Top deck needs some work. Bottom deck is better, but could also use some maintenance. If you stay in the summer prepare to be serenaded by frogs all night long if you leave the windows open.

Great Location, incredible sunsets.

  • 5 of 5

I stayed in Graeagle for the Labor Day weekend and really enjoyed the townhouse, every evening around 630 I would grab my 4iron,6,8,pw and putter and walk to the 6th hole and play 6,7 and 8. The 8th green is about 150 yards from the townhouse and I could do that loop 2 or 3 times. I would see quite a few people out walking on the cart paths putting or chipping on the greens ,you basically get free super twilight golf because its the front nine nobody is playing it after 5:00 or so you don't have any groups coming through. If you love golf , you would be stoked staying here, we also did a lot of fishing in the small lake/pond in the back yard, they have signs that say no fishing but a lot of people were doing it so we did too. The townhouse was basically what we expected, nice place, plenty of room for a large group, bbq on the back deck, killer sunsets, geese and ducks swimming in the lake, very peaceful and relaxing, and even if you don't golf you would enjoy just taking a nice evening walk out on the course and watch all the deer trotting around.

Loved our stay!

  • 5 of 5

We had a wonderful 3 nights at your great condo, Gary. It was a birthday celebration with 3 couples and 2 dogs and the spacious, clean condo, well equipped kitchen, and awesome views made it a perfect stay. The beds are comfortable and the Canada Geese arriving on the pond as a wake up call was special! We watched beautiful sunsets from the deck and were fortunate to be there for the full moon. Thank you for allowing our dogs to join in the fun. We all look forward to staying here in the future!
