  • Pleasant stay last week at Incline Village

"We enjoyed our stay at this property. It was clean and well-maintained, and had everything that we needed and expected. We enjoyed going to the private beach that you are entitled (for a fee) to use."

  • Great place for a family reunion

"We had a great week-long stay at this large cabin. We were here for a summer family reunion with my parents (in their 80s), my husband and kids, and my siblings with their families. With five bedrooms and lots of beds, this cabin was large enough to accommodate everyone (8 adults and 5 kids) very comfortably. The kitchen was well stocked and large, we often all ate dinner together at the house. With 3 full baths and a half bath, there was never a wait for a shower. We also appreciated that this was a dog friendly place, and there were also a lot of very friendly dogs in the neighborhood. It was very easy to work with the owner. My parents stayed at home in the cabin most of the days, and enjoyed the cabin and the surrounding wilderness. Most of the rest of the family explored Lake Tahoe during the day and enjoyed all the amazing hiking, biking and swimming that the area has to offer. Kings Beach was a great location to explore the area. In summary, I would highly recommend this place for anyone, and especially for large groups."

  • Great family vacation

"This place was great for our family of 9 adults, 2 teenagers, 3 young boys and a 6 week old baby. 5 bedrooms were downstairs and they stayed very cool. The 6th bedroom was upstairs. It was very large, with its own bathroom and dressing area, plus beds that accommodated 2 adults and 2 teenagers. It may not have been as quiet as the downstairs bedrooms but I heard no complaints. The week we were there was hot for the Tahoe area, so the large outside deck was very welcome, but bring insect repellent. We never did use the hot tub as weather was too warm. The main living area was plenty big enough for some people to be playing games at the large table near kitchen, others to be watching TV and others to be playing pool (the pool table got a lot of use). It was a only a couple of miles to Kings Beach, and everyone enjoyed time there. Catching crawdads by the rocks was a big hit. The water was shallow for a long ways out, and it was warm, which went over big with the younger kids. The kitchen was well supplied, and there were 2 BBQ's on deck. There were no serious hikers in our group, but while walking around the neighborhood we saw access to hiking areas nearby. The house was nicely decorated with a bear theme, and there were plenty of blankets and towels. Also a large laundry room. Very enjoyable week, and I hope we can make it back there again some time."

  • Fantastically fun, spacious, clean home

"This vacation rental is set up for a large party to have a great time! There is so much space, spread out very uniquely, to allow for lots of different fun activities. The hot tub was wonderfully warm, the kitchen had great amenities (nice cookware and a dish washer!), and the rooms were big with very comfortable beds and linens. There was a really nice stereo. The neighborhood was beautifully tucked among a large wooded area. My 11 friends and I would love to come back soon to enjoy all of the outdoor fun (BBQs, hammock, bocce ball, lounge chairs) that this place has to offer!"
