  • Beautifully appointed house in outstanding location

"We loved this house from the moment we walked in. It is well-appointed, clean, beautiful, and spacious. We were a few minutes' drive to the center of town. The kids enjoyed the pool table and hot tub. We would definitely rent it again for our family."

  • Amazing Stay!

"I am so grateful that we found this cabin. It was so comfortable and roomy enough for our family trip. I was able to prepare each meal ( Including an early Thanksgiving Dinner) and had plenty of room and counter space to do so. The kitchen was almost completely stocked with everything that we needed for prep and the only thing we had to provide were the serving platters. The oven is a bit tricky and made me say a few choice colorful words a couple of times, but once I got the hang of it, all went smoothly. They were missing a knife sharpener for their knife set, so I left mine there for the next visitor :) The bathrooms were fully stocked with toiletries, shampoo, body wash and towels and we were able to wash the towels as needed during the stay. Let me just tell you how wonderful it is to sit in the hot tub with snow all around you! The beds were very comfortable and aside from a few spiders who wanted to snuggle with us , which is expected as you're in the forest, it couldn't have been better. There are portable cribs, safety gates and a high chair for the little ones which was GREAT and extremely convenient! Snow shovels in the winter might be a good idea though as we had to dig ourselves out of the driveway, but it gave us time for a snowball fight. So can't complain. The upper level having the majority of the accommodations and the master room was a life saver as we had parents in walkers that were able to have a comfortable stay because they could stay on the same level the whole visit. Getting them up the stairs was a little more difficult and so once they went up, they stayed upstairs for the remainder of the visit. All in all, this place was amazing. Beautiful. Comfortable. And it felt like home while we were there. This is the perfect cabin for any family. You'll love it and I can't thank this family enough for sharing it with us."

  • Fun family house. Enjoyed our stay.

"Great location. Fun place. Hot tub worked well. Could use a little AV love to get sound system in living room and TVs in the bedrooms all tuned up, but the main one worked fine so we were OK with it. Lots of kitchen equipment. Not much in the way of spices, foil, ziplocs, etc. in the kitchen, but there's a safeway close if you gotta have it. Plenty of towels and TP. Nice decorative motif and the beds/bedrooms were good. It was perfect for our group."

  • The property was well kept and clean.

"The house was perfect for our family. There was plenty of room for all of us although when I booked the house I stated there would be 10 of us, however because of work schedules and such we never had more than 9 people in the house. It was close to the beach and grocery store. I would certainly recommend this house to my friends. I would rent this house again in the future. We thoroughly enjoyed Lake Tahoe."
