Carpets in both bedrooms were dirty stained and smelled no pots to cook with no broom and dustpan. Standard size pillow cases on king size pillows vacuum plugged and did not work, we bought a broom and dustpan and a lot left these items. I have pictures

This property was not as advertised. The photos of the bedrooms nor kitchen matched what we walked into. The furnishings were very low end and the only comfortable piece of furniture in the entire place was the couch. The twin beds in the guest room felt like you were lying directly on the springs and they made so much noise it was nearly impossible to sleep. The bed in the master bedroom felt like sleeping on rocks. Upon arrival the door lock code did not work, therefore I had to spend over 30 minutes on the phone trying to get in at 10pm after driving 7.5 hours. Eventually I was given the lock box code for the physical key because the door lock code still would not work. It still didn’t work upon our departure. Overall this property was absolutely NOT worth the money and I would strongly urge others to not book it. The only good things I can say were the customer service representative I dealt with on the phone was very nice, the ac worked well, and the pool was nice.
This could be an amazing property but unfortunately we had unresolved issues during our stay. The location is great, minutes to the beach and Barefoot Landing plus only half a block to the community pool. The kitchen wasn't well stocked, only 3 regular spoons and we had to buy a pot to cook meals. Plus they only provide one trash bag no matter how long your stay is, a week is too long for one small bag. The first day of our week long stay we reported the patio door lock was stuck via the text app VaCasa prefers to use. They replied that the previous vacationers also reported an issue but no one ever came to fix it rendering the patio useless our entire stay. Two days into our stay we reported the washer was broken, no one came to look at for three days and only after I called twice since the text option didn't seem to yeld results. It was not fixed during our stay resulting in time at the laundromat wasting hard earned vacation time. I was promised a call from the owner to offer some type of refund for two major amenities not being available but it's been over a week since we checked out and still no call. When I called VaCasa they seemed to have trouble finding documentation that the issues had been reported to the local team. I'm not sure if the property management or the owners are the cause of inaction to resolve our issues or maybe a combination. Either way I can't recommend this property because it seems they don't follow up on any issues.
