Great location!! Easy walk to the beach across the street, and we were notified an hour before official check in timethat we could move in early! The kitchen was fully stocked, everything we needed throughout the house. The only thing in need of replacement was the bed, quite uncomfortable.

We had a great stay, watching the sunset, walking the beach (just a few steps away), and enjoying the Condo which was perfect. Our host had a well supplied kitchen, a view of the beach, and all amenities in the condo. If we get back to Florida, we hope to stay again. Thank you!

Quick AMI get away

Overall the location was great relative to the beach and super convenient to food and shopping locations. The owners were great to work with and communication was easy and fast. Overall my wife and I were pleased with the property.

Las Palmas was purchased to embrace our young growing family. We now offer our special space to visitors at certain times of the year.

What makes this property unique

Las Palmas was built in the "40's", Originally it was Unit 1 with parking under the home. Prior to our ownership the parking was transformed into unit 2, unit 3 was then added to the back area. Unit 2-3 are ground floor offering the "old charm". Many have shared the friends made from staying at Las Palmas. We host repeat guest year after year :)
