We had an absolutely wonderful stay. We enjoyed both beach and pool. The location was close to the family attractions yet far enough for a peaceful, quiet night sleep. Check in was very efficient. The kitchen was perfect for meal prep and clean up was a snap.

This two bedroom was perfect for our stay. The bedrooms were spacious and had lots of storage. Nice bathrooms and ameneties. Super convenient to the beach, restaurants, entertainment and shops.

Spacious, Close to the beach, Everything you need

We loved this condo for the accessibility. Everything we needed, all in one place. Loved that it had two bathrooms as we had 6 women staying here. Very short walk to the beach. Tucked in away from all the craziness of the area but close enough to it if you wanted to go out and adventure. Numerous choices for food around as well. Overall, great place to stay!

Great family place

3 minutes walk from the beach in a quiet part of town, but within walking distance to shops and attractions. It has a nice small pool in the premises too, with a place to rinse sandy feet. The inside of the property was exactly as advertised.

Very nice apt. Clean. Placed one call to Vacasa and they were helpful, but never could get key box open, i think combo had been chaneged but not updated in records. Dont recall reading in the fine print that the pool would be closed after Labor day. I arrived day after labor day.

It needs a remodel. The condo smelled so bad like weed. The thermostat is set on 72 and will not move. You can change it come back 5 mins later and it is back to 72. We will not be staying here again. I understand why the price was what it was. You pay for what you get I geuss!

A few small issues but over all a great stay and location

Our unit was roomy and had all we needed. The perfect distance from the beach, a short walk but away from the noise on the beach at night. Beds and couches were very comfortable. Nice and clean when we arrived and enough toiletries and household goods to get us started for sure. Looking forward to hopefully booking the exact location in the future if small issues are resolved (a/c temp maintenance issue, door locking properly )

Check in good, upon judt walking in it looked clean. Walking around really checking things out. Couch was very nasty and brown spots everywhere. Kitchen chairs filthy. Railings was very loose and dirty. Bathroom toilet upstairs kept running. Both mattresses very soft and went down very deep. Was very uncomfortable. I would not rent again.

No photo of the stairs you have to climb for entry. Handrail was loose, the smell of pot was terrible, sticky floor and counters in kitchen, urine left in the upstairs toilet making that area smell like boys locker room, a flipped breaker for light over entryway stairs, lights and outlets in bedroom, bulbs out in living room light, no way to adjust fan speed(pull cords too short for 6' 4" tall person), bathtub upstairs was dirty. Scraped the bottom of our car pulling in and out of parking area for unit, had to park near pool. Parking lots full of water. Maintenance did bring an ozone machine but we had to leave while it was running for hours at a time, housekeeping came back and cleaned floor and counters.Very disappointed in the fact that no refund or other option of staying somewhere else were offered.

Girls weekend

Property was ok. The balcony overlooks a parking lot which they do not really show in the pictures. Not a typical VRBO. Didn’t have even salt or pepper, you can’t see the water at all from the property to list a couple of things. They have an early check out of 10:00am. We stayed in the off season (October) and they wouldn’t let us check out any later without a fee. In my experience properties that aren’t maintained by a third party company are more flexible in check in and check out. It was ok but probably would pick a different place next time.

Nice place for a beach vacation!

The condo was exactly as described. It was very comfortable. There were many more amenities and necessities provided than I expected. The location & access to the beach was very convenient. It is only two blocks down. We walked back & forth a lot. There are grocery stores, restaurants, & convenient stores within walking distance as well. The only issue we had was getting management to come to fix the washer, which was broken when we arrived. I had to contact VRBO several times to contact the manager because they weren't communicating with me about when someone was going to be out to fix it. Ended up having to go to the laundry mat and not having a washer until the day before we left. They must have came & fixed it when we were out, but did not tell us. The are where the condo is located is heavily populated with drug addicts that walk up and down the street asking for drugs. That was really the only issue I have as a parent of four teens/pre-teens. Everything else was great!
