The waterfront room was very nice and well kept, and is a great size for a small group of people, with the ability for privacy in each room. The beds were comfy, and the kitchen and living room space was nice and roomy. Also, there is easy access to the beach, as well as convenience stores and the nearby amusement park.

When I arrived at the room, my sheets on the bed was never changed, there were red spots, yellow marks black marks all over the cover. My family and I were very disgusted. Seems like the ppl who were there before me they just put the blanks back on the beds. I took a video and sent it to the manager, we didn’t have many towel to wash up with or dry off. I will never use this sit ever again. I wish I could upload the video I took.

Excellent location. Spacious condo and great view from balcony. Most of the condo faces the street though so at times road noise is a bit much.Kitchen supplies could use some updating. There were only 2 spoons in the silverware drawer and a keurig machine (instead of a drip pot) would have been preferred.There was a tear in the living room rug and the entire place could use a fresh coat of paint. Overall though, it was nice.

The bathrooms. The master bathroom toilet ran all night. Woke up the next morning and the floor was soaked. The repair man came out to look at it. And looked like serious issue. The other bathroom ran all day and night also

Excellent view. Close to great meals. Beach access perfect. Some broken things inside condo, but nothing major. Any beach property will have maintenance issues that occur daily.

The property had dingy carpet, the bathtub surrounding caulking had mold on it, the beds were something you’d slept on 30 yrs ago(outdated), and the washer/dryer mentioned as amenity was broken.
