Condo is across the street from a private pool, with access to 2 additional pool areas. You have full access to Lexington Country Club which is a 24- hour gated community and is conveniently located within minutes from the beaches and shopping. Recent updates include: King size mattress in master bedroom and new queen mattress in guest room, New Ceiling fans in Master and Living Room. New LTV flooring and blackout window shades in both bedrooms. No-see-um Screens installed on Lanai and Front Entrance. Entire building and lanai was freshly painted in 2025. Completely new gym equipment installed in fitness center. Beautiful California Closet installed in Master Bedroom for extra storage and a large outdoor storage area with beach chairs included and ample room for your bike!

Everything is exactly as advertised! 3rd year renting in the Ft. Myers area among other rentals throughout the Midwest. Best accommodations to date. Condo is immaculate. Neighborhood is over the top beautiful. Grounds are maintained like a luxury resort. Multiple pools have their own personalities and are so fun. Neighbors are the best welcoming renters into the fold no different than owners. Couldn’t ask for a better host! More like staying with a friend. You will feel at home and love it here.

Why they chose this property

It's the perfect spot in Fort Meyers. Close to shopping, restaurants, and of course the awesome golf course in Lexington. Short distance from the airport. Very convenient location, but private!

What makes this property unique

Walking distance to golf course, fitness center, clubhouse, bocce courts, beautiful sunrise views, and multiple pools. One gorgeous pool is literally just steps from the unit!
