Family friendly cottage with private beach on Lake Champlain! Beach is known for its beautiful, clean, weed-free beach! The cottage is open and bright with all of the amenities of home as well as anything you will need to enjoy your beach vacation. Booking includes a screened in porch, a 3 seasoned porch, open front patio, shaded back yard, garage, dock, kayaks, bikes and more! New heat pump / AC system & water system installed in spring 2024. This property has it all!

My husband and I are life-long Vermonters. We live in Grand Isle (approximately 20 minutes from property). We have 3 children, 2 horses, 2 dogs and chickens! We have owned and managed rentals for over 15 years, but this is our first short term rental. We purchased in 2023 and are very excited to host! We will be updating pictures as each decorating is completed and the home will be ready for your visit by May 15th 2023! We will be updating the property in the off season 2023 based upon your requests - so please let us know what you love and what you would like to see for renovations!

Holiday Point is well known for its relaxing, family friendly community. When a property became available, we knew it would be the perfect place to host! The cottage has a private beach in front of the house with a dock as well as a beautiful community sand beach next door! This cottage and Holiday Point Community offers the most relaxing environment while being able to take advantage of every element of beautiful Lake Champlain!
