Lovely Melrose Condo near GCU&DT

Enjoy this lovely 2 Bed/2 bath condo located in prime Phoenix location. 10 minutes to GCU, 15 to Downtown, 15 to airport and 20 minutes to Scottsdale. This condo is on the second floor with stair access only.

After enjoying your day around Phoenix, come back to watch movies on the large mounted flat screens, nap on one of the queen beds, or go for a swim at our pool.
The space
Clean and cozy 2 bed, 2 bath condo with a private balcony located on the 2nd floor. (not wheel chair accessible) Spacious living room, full kitchen and dining area that seats 4. Complex is secure and gated.
Guest access
Condo has a pool, grills and washer/dryer room on premise (not in unit). The complex has plenty of open parking and guests will have access to one covered parking spot as well. Our space is pet friendly as well.
Other things to note
We have 2 TV’s (one in master & one in living area) that have access to streaming services. You will have to log in using your own account info.
