This casita was just what I needed for my trip. The bed was very comfortable, which was important because I came back tired after working all day. The living room had enough space to relax, and the small kitchen was good for making breakfast and dinner.The area is quiet but close to restaurants and shops. That helped a lot when I needed to buy something late at night. I liked the self check-in - it was simple and fast. The washer and dryer are shared with another unit, but I didn’t use them, so it wasn’t a problem.Overall, it was a very comfortable place, and I would stay here again.

Why they chose this property

We bought property because we fell in love with its unique architectural charm and timeless design. It was designed by the famed architect Ralph Haver. His Mid-century homes are known for their clean lines, open floor plans, and large windows that go all the way to the ceiling. Those windows bring the outdoors in, creating a relaxed and inviting atmosphere. This style of home offers a blend of modernist aesthetics with a sense of nostalgia, which we thought would appeal to travelers looking for something different from the typical vacation rental.

What makes this property unique

This home designed by Ralph Haver, is in a central and accessible part of the city. It's close to several notable Phoenix landmarks and neighborhoods, providing a mix of suburban and urban living. A short drive from Downtown Phoenix, offering convenient access to shopping, dining, cultural events, and nightlife. Nearby attractions include the Desert Botanical Garden, the Phoenix Zoo, and Papago Park, which are popular for outdoor activities, hiking, and family-friendly recreation. The area is well-connected by major roads, including the Loop 202 freeway and State Route 143, making commuting relatively easy. It’s also close to Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport.
