size bed - sleeps 2 Maximum. Both beds have top of the mind mattresses with best-selling memory foam toppers, down alternative comforter and pillows all protected with waterproof covers. Bedroom has luggage racks, ironing boards, extra blankets / extra pillows /
washer and dryer.

Comfortable living room with TV, electric fireplace, free WiFi, cable Tv, heating, air conditioning, fans, keypad entry.
Enjoy the patio space with firepit, sofa, chairs, barbecue connected to natural gas so no propane tank needed. Laundry access to
washer and dryer. Entire cottage is newly remodeled with large free standing shower with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, hair dryer and additional amenities. Kitchen design includes historic style quaint mint tile on the countertop. Stocked with all you need including coffee, outdoor and indoor dining ware and appliances. Dining area which seats 4. Beautiful, delicate and original refinished hardwood floors from the 1950s. Adored
by all those that love and appreciate the charm and character of century old original hardwood floors restored.

HOUSE RULES:
1. No smoking of any kind inside or anywhere on the property. $1k deep cleaning, remediation and restoration plus damages and loss of rent during extra cleaning. Immediate departure.

2. No unregistered guests are allowed to stay overnight and only 2 people max including registered guests on premises at any/all times. $350 per person per night. Immediate departure.

3. No unregistered guests or visitors allowed on the premises unless written approval and only 2 people max including registered guests on premises at any/all times. $150 per person per occurrence. Immediate departure.

4. Do not give your entry code to anyone other than registered guests. $250 per occurrence. Immediate departure.

5. No pets allowed on the premises at any time. $1k deep cleaning, remediation and restoration plus damages and loss of rent during extra cleaning. Immediate departure.

6. The home is in a residential neighborhood and therefore no parties are allowed AND only 2 people max including registered guests on premises at any/all times. See above. Please note quiet hours between 10pm - 7am.

7. No illegal activity, substances or firearms allowed on the property. $1k fine. Immediate departure.
