The house is very spacious with very good linens and beds. The decor is appealing and it feels comfortable and homey. The yard is a bit rough, but the views definitely make up for it. It is in a great location for a variety of outings. We agreed that the surrounding ranches and farm lands were absolutely beautiful.
The property was good and in a great location for what we needed to accomplish during the week. This was not a vacation stay for us so we spent very little time in the home during the daylight hours. Great owner communication.
The place had everything we needed. Proximity to the mountain was very nice. I would definitely recommend a quick guest check in sheet with more information about Wi-Fi, thermostat, etc. As well as any recommendations for local places to eat like Stacy‘s or Mama Macs sandwiches.
Host was prompt and his responses to inquiries were thorough. Amenities were great, including the hot tub and pool table. It was a perfect fit for our combined families for the holiday.
The host Shaun was great at communicating and very responsive. The property hosted our family of 8 very well. We were able to have a small gathering of people for a BBQ at the property and it never felt small. Amenities, linens, bedrooms, and living area all met our expectations. Will certainly be back!
