This a large house that's nicely furnished and full of the kinds of things that make a summer vacation enjoyable. It is ideal for an extended family stay. Very much enjoyed the pool. The homeowner is very responsive and accommodating.

Beautiful, clean, comfortable home in a well established neighborhood. Well stocked with beach/ pool chairs, towels, floats, toys, etc. You truly do not need to bring anything except your clothes! Owner is very communicative and responds quickly. Wish our stay could have been longer.

What a perfect property for all ages. We had little kids to big kids and everyone had a blast. Great location with access to town and beaches but we never wanted to leave the house. Praveen and Gina could not have been more gracious hosts. Highly recommend for groups of all ages and sizes

Wonderful Chatham Stay

This very spacious home was perfect for our family get-away in Chatham. The house was neat as a pin and had everything we needed for a memorable trip. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool and game room, especially because the weather was often rainy and overcast during our stay. The kitchen was fully equipped which made it easy for us to pull together nice family dinners. Communication with the owner was easy and they included several thoughtful touches to ensure that we were comfortable and relaxed. Thank you and we would love to return!!

Wonderful Family Spot

We had a great week at Praveen's house. The house was everything that the listing said it would be. It is a comfortable house and a great spot for multi-ages in a family to spend time together. We had adults along with four children ages 8 months to 14 years, everyone enjoyed all the different amenities of both the house and the Chatham area. The pool was fabulous to relax around and in. Both the owner and the property manager were attentive to details and stayed in touch with us all week to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this house for a vacation/get together.

Amazing home in Chatham

Amazing home, location, and overall stay at this beautiful home in Chatham. Minutes from beaches, restaurants, and shopping. House was spacious, clean, and equipped with everything to make our stay comfortable. Pool was amazing and beautiful deck for outdoor dining & lounging by the firepit. Garage was fully equipped with many toys for our toddler grandson. Beach chairs, beach towels, and umbrellas were available so we didn't have to pack them. Perfect host Praveen and property manager Gina were wonderful communicators with whatever was necessary at the house. Our family loved our stay in this home. Book it, you will not be disappointed.

Wonderful stay in Cape Cod

We had a wonderful stay at Praveen’s beautiful home in Chatham. After having to leave another house due to health and safety concerns Praveen was gracious enough to allow my family to stay in his home that was available for the remainder of our Cape Cod vacation. Not only was the house and property amazing but Praveen’s communication was so greatly appreciated. He allowed us to check in early, offered use of his beach toys and equipment as well as pool toys and equipment. We all had a wonderful time! If we come back to cape cod we will definitely be contacting Praveen! Thank you for everything!!

50th wedding anniversary celebration

Our family had the most wonderful week filled with memories to cherish. If you are traveling to Cape Cod you must consider this property in Chatham. It was a beautiful home fitting all 11 of my family and so many amenities. The host and property manager treated us like family and made sure all of our needs were met. Questions were answered in a timely manner. Suggestions on restaurants and places to visit was appreciated. We were provided with the necessities until we could get to a grocery store. We feel truly blessed to have been able to have had such caring host and property manager. Hugs, Sharon and family.

AMAZING!!!

WOW! The absolutely perfect home for your family vacation in Chatham! The gracious host, Praveen, communicated with us throughout our stay to make sure that we had all that we needed. He left a thoughtful welcome basket for kids and adults both upon arrival which was much appreciated after a long travel day! Home is incredibly spacious and comfortable in every aspect. Gourmet kitchen was amazing... and kids LOVED the pool! We enjoyed family evenings in the movie area downstairs and MANY games of ping pong. All in all an above and beyond Cape Cod vacation! We will return!

Family Vacation Beyond Our Expectations

Our family decided to visit Cape Cod over the Labor Day weekend. We chose this property because it was a four bedroom home in Chatham with plenty of room for the eight of us, including our two young grandchildren. It also had a heated pool and a lovely deck overlooking the pool area with a large outdoor couch and chairs and a nice gas table top fire pit. I can honestly say that this home had every amenity you could imagine, a beautiful kitchen with high end Sub-Zero and Wolf appliances and a garage full of water toys, beach chairs, floats, boogie boards,etc. The home was immaculate when we arrived. Praveen, the owner, was an exceptional host. He provided all the necessary information we needed well before we arrived, was in constant contact with me throughout our stay to make sure we had an enjoyable visit and even had a nice assortment of snacks, wine and ice cream waiting for us. These are the personal touches that set Praveen apart as a premium host. The home is located in a very nice neighborhood and very convenient to beaches, downtown, restaurants and local attractions. The master suite was large with a king bed, nice sized bathroom and walk-in closet. The first floor master was smaller with a queen bed, nice bathroom and walk-in closet. There was also a bedroom with two twins and the forth bedroom had a double-twin bunk bed plus a day bed. I would highly recommend this property in Chatham and I’m sure we will be back again.
