Wonderful fall weekend

House was perfect for our fall family weekend! Bedroom set up was great for 4 couples, one with an infant. Very convenient location to all Chatham attractions. Would highly recommend!

Relaxing Fall Getaway

This cozy home in a quiet neighborhood was perfect for a few days away from the city. The kitchen was well-equipped, and everything was very clean. It was easy to get to wherever we wanted to go. We definite would seek this property out again.

Perfect cape on the cape

Loved our stay in Chatham - the house was clean and exactly as pictured (the only exception is there was no firepit outside). We were close to everything in Chatham and explored the entire cape, nothing was too far.

Excellent experience

We really enjoyed our stay at the house. It was immaculately clean. Management was very accessible and responsive to our only concern (with cable tv). It was resolved within an hour. I would recommend staying here.

At home in the Cape

We had a wonderful stay in this lovely, warm home with tasteful decor and spacious front and back yards. I loved walking to town and beach. The owners have a dreamy piece of heaven in this charming spot. I will be back. Thank you.

Amazing winter weekend

We feel very lucky what we were able to stay for New Years weekend in this house. It exceeded all our expectations. House itself is very neat and clean, tastefully decorated with great attention to details, spacious enough and convenient for the company of 4 couples of adults. Its proximity to Chatham center was also very handy. Rental process was extremely smooth and painless. Whole weekend was nothing but joy!

Lovely house, very well equipped

The house is beautiful, very clean, and extremely well-equipped with everything you might need in the kitchen. The beds are comfortable, and the bathrooms are nice. We cooked during our two-day stay and were pleasantly surprised to find essential condiments in the cabinets, which was convenient since we hadn't done all the grocery shopping before our arrival. We reported two small issues during check-in, and management addressed them promptly, which was great. My family and I were very happy with our decision to rent this house, and we highly recommend it for a family stay!

DARLING, QUAINT, PERFECT

Never been to the Cape, after much research decided to stay in Chatham for a 5 day girls trip with my Mom & Sister in law. This house can sleep way more people than the 3 of us, but it was fantastic to have our own separate bedrooms & bathrooms. The house truly couldn’t have been cuter. Very nice yard/patio/picnic table in the back we would have used more if it wasn’t as chilly. Lots of privacy here on a small side street with plenty of evergreens shielding neighbors, esp at the back. Fun to watch bunnies come into the yard in the afternoon & dusk. If I come back to Chatham - and I’d like to-I would look into renting this place again.

Clarify listing before atay

Listing showed pictures of fire pit which was not present. We were disappointed, as had packed s’mores and evening sitting by the fire. Back lawn had nettles in growing in the grass and outside furniture was a bit run down. Also trash was not picked up as indicated on refrigerator instructions during our stay. Very expensive property that didn’t meet all expectations set by renter.

A lovely home in Chatham

This was a lovely home. It was close to all beaches in Chatham and the “downtown” area. The house was big enough for 6 and did not feel crowded. It was unfortunately unseasonably hot when we got there so the house was very uncomfortable for a couple days, as only the bedrooms have air conditioning. The outside patio furniture and grill were lovely as well. During our stay there was a tornado and many of the trees in the backyard were broken , luckily nothing was too damaged. Our power was lost for several days , but the rental company brought us flashlights the first night so that was very nice. I am sure they will have many properties to clean up after the bad weather, but they were very nice when I called to report the damages. A strange twist to the vacation, but I would definitely stay here or at another DelMar property again!

Not so happy campers.

The management company was very professional, nice to talk with and responsive. The property itself was difficult. There is no air-conditioning on the main floor (living room, dining room and kitchen. The bedrooms have underpowered window units that were very loud all night long. The property is getting old and needs care as the deck collapsed on us during dinner. The windows and screens were really dirty. Will not return to this property.

Great Trip

The house was exactly as advertised, was clean, and was in a good area, centrally located in Cape Cod. The kitchen had everything we needed. We had a wide range of age groups, from grandparents to infants, and everyone was happy.

Fantastic Vacation Home!

We absolutely loved this location in Chatham! The house was very clean, well equipped, spacious, and comfortable for our family of 7 (ages ranging from 27 to 82!). Great amenities, great location, and an overall great experience! We can't wait to go back again!!

Beautiful Home

My family and I just stayed at this lovely, spacious home. Very clean, well appointed. Two small heads up: the fireplace in the living room has a notice on it that only the owners can use it. Owner said they will update the listing to reflect that. Also, no shampoo, conditioner, or body soap so be sure to bring your own. Huge backyard. Very short drive to the Chatham Main Street and lighthouse. We were all huge fans of the place and my family and I felt very spoiled. Thank you!

Like a Hotel

So let me start by saying I’m a pretty tough reviewer. I’ve been renting in Chatham every year for the past 13yrs and I have to say this house surprised me. I was not expecting this home to be as clean and well kept as it was. My wife said it’s like a hotel as far as the cleanliness and overall appearance when we first arrived. I need to commend your cleaning company very nice work the home was immaculate when we arrived. The new AC wall units were outstanding during a very hot week and the cellar with almost new ping pong table was a nightly retreat. The backyard was perfect great Weber grill and fire pit was such a nice touch which we took advantage of. Overall I’d say great rental and would highly recommend for new and old visitors to Chatham. Last thing the location is insane being a few miles from downtown but all the stores literally a half mile away was so amazing the location is probably one of the best parts of the stay. Enjoy!

Cape Cod Family VACA

The house was cute, comfortable, furnished well. On a dead end street so quiet. Walkable to one beach (mile and a half) and nice restaurant (1/2 mile). We did not cook much, but the kitchen was well stocked. We had one couple with us who are expecting a baby - the king sized bed/suite above the garage was perfect for them. Our only issue was navigating the cooling system......probably user error, but when we arrived the heat was on in one bedroom - about 77 degrees - and another night the king suite's heat kicked on somehow. Not sure how it all tied in with the downstairs main thermostat. Lovely lovely place and we would rent again!
