Traveled to Montrose to explore Black Canyon of the Gunnison NP. House was super convenient to both the North and South Rim. Kids had a great time playing in the backyard.

The house was really cute and accommodated our group of 7 adults perfectly, The location is great - convenient to everything, quiet, and the sunsets were amazing! Daniel and Rachelle were very responsive and helpful. Would definitely recommend!

This is a very nice home that is clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. It’s located in a small neighborhood, but it still feels quiet and private. It’s perfectly located just a couple of miles outside of town, giving it a more peaceful feel.Rachelle and Daniel are wonderful hosts. We would definitely recommend this home to others!

House was modern and well stocked. Convenient to many fall color drives. My only reason for not giving 5 stars are that communications were not at the level (frequency and warmth) of other stays, and several light bulbs were out (especially bathrooms). I would still recommend as a nice place to stay.

The home was very clean, comfortable, and nicely decorated. The kitchen was stocked with all necessary equipment. The home was centrally located down a quiet street and close to downtown and other points of interest. The host was very proactive and quickly responded to any questions. We would definitely stay here again.
