Beachgrass is the first of four cottages within the Hidden Dune Cottage Community offering 6 acres of mature woods that is adjacent to Laketown Beach. Just a short walk down the driveway and you arrive at the entrance to the park where you can enjoy the sand dunes, beach and the breathtaking views of Lake Michigan.
Note: Laketown Beach is a beautiful, secluded beach and is considered a “hidden gem.” The beach is accessed through the dunes and involves a large amount of stairs. There are platforms along the stairs that make for stunning views of Lake Michigan!
This property is located half way between Saugatuck and Holland making it very convenient to explore these coastal towns. It is a short drive to Huyser Farm Park where you can hike and pick blueberries for free. Other nearby attractions include the Saugatuck State Park and the Felt Manor.
Inside is fully remodeled and professionally designed including many features such as in unit laundry, a screened in porch, and beautiful unique vaulted ceilings.
