This charming home in the Clearwater area of Springs, a private community, offers a perfect place to relax and recreate. The house features 3 Bedrooms, 2 baths, a living room, dining area, kitchen and a family room. Relax on the deck or sit by the 20x40 Heated Pool. The outdoor shower is handy when returning from the nearby beach. A lovely place to spend the summer!
Step foot into our large, open backyard and you won't want to leave! Enjoy our 20x40 pool, Weber gas grill, hammock, and plenty of outdoor lounge furniture. Dine outdoors on deck or pool side.
Pool is seasonal and is open from Memorial Day through September. Plenty of wood for evening gatherings around our firepit.
Bright, airy home with modern furnishings. Kitchen with all the amenities of home.
Full dining room seats 6. Comfortable living room. Skylights offer lots of natural light.
All bedrooms have closets, and dressers.
Access to private bay beach with life guards in season.
TV in family room and two of the three bedrooms. TVs are all smart TVs. Wireless internet throughout home. Central air and heating.
Washer and dryer in the basement. Washing machine has a sanitize feature.
Guests have access to the entire property.
We will not be present during your stay, but are available via phone or email should you have any questions.
Located in Springs, East Hampton, our home is a 20-minute walk to beautiful Gerard Drive and Acabonac Harbor and is perfect for kayaking and boating.
A 10-minute drive to East Hampton village restaurants, shops, markets, and playgrounds. Also nearby are the South Fork wineries, multiple farmer's markets, theaters, and art museums.
The East Hampton train station is a 10-minute drive.
The kitchen is stocked with plenty of pots, pans, utensils, dishes, and glasses. We offer basic kitchen appliances as well, such as a Keurig, toaster, waffle maker, and blender.
Bath & beach towels, sheets, and a hair dryer are provided.
Please note that we rent by the week or month only. Flexible pricing available for off-season.
