The space
Very modern and comfortable space with beachy feel and lots of sunlight. Digital entry so no keys needed. Over 200Mb/s download speed Wifi . App enabled TV with Apple TV and Roku so you can enjoy your favorite shows if you want.

Luxurious towels and sheets will be provided for all your guests as well as fun beach towels.

Master Bedroom has a king so plenty of room to stretch out after a long day of beach time. Two very large closets for storage. a beautiful master bath with updated look at feel and walk in shower. Sizable laundry Room with more storage and full-sized washer and dryer units.

2nd Bedroom made for fun and large families. 3 beds with full mattresses. Includes Bunk beds and a pull-out trundle bed that provide a comfortable and fun space for friends or your family and right across the hall from the 2nd bathroom. 2nd bathroom has a tub for scrubbing up those little ones after a long day.

Living room high ceilings and room for 6 to sit comfortably with Full Couch and two recliners. There will be dining table that can seat 6 comfortably. A large 65-inch TV is available for streaming, gaming, of whatever you like. And there is a nice deck that gets the evening sun right off this room that's a great place for an evening drink.

The kitchen is just off the living room with line of site viewing to the living room and the TV. There is a bar counter with stools to grab a snack or chat with the cook. Kitchen is stocked with all the basics you need if you choose to cook. Oven, microwave, dishwasher, Keurig coffee maker, and full fridge with front filtered water and ice access as well as a built-in filtered water pitcher inside the door.

Entrance way has a Glass storm door that allows you to have an open and sunlight filled stay without loss of heated or cooling air. Also it is keyless entry which makes it super convenient for everyone in your party to have access without worrying about a physical key that can get lost. But the code you get will be unique to your stay and no one will have access to that number except you.

There is a private beach deck and entrance that requires a simple code to get in and out. This entrance is just a few steps away from your front door. What I love about this beach is how flat and gradual it is which is great for playing and it keeps the surf relatively calm and easy to get in and out of. Also is not crowded with no high-rise condominium buildings within miles. This beach also allows driving with 4 WD vehicles on it providing a great way to get together with friends or family that are staying in another area or live close by.

There is a very clean unheated pool with plenty of deck chairs and an adjacent Grilling area that is great for a break from the salt and sand.

And of course, you are only a few minutes from beautiful St. Augustine which provides so many unique, fun, and historic sites to visit. As well as a great collection of restaurants beachside as well as in the beautiful town.

And I can't think of a better place for the golfers in the family with so many courses and the World Golf Village Hall of Fame just 30 minutes away.
Guest access
The guest will have access to the whole condo and grounds except one small locked closet.

This is a second floor condo and there is no elevator assist.
