** Pool closing week of October 16th**

Conveniently located 4 blocks from the bridge entrance (for those that cannot stand sitting in traffic on the island). Outstanding views from this new home in Surf City with over 3,200 sq ft located one home off the ocean. There are multiple decks, one off the mid-level family room and one off the great room upstairs. The great room upstairs is open concept complete with a kitchen, dining area and additional outdoor dining space on the balcony overlooking the beach. A master bedroom suite, a bedroom ensuite, 4 additional guest bedrooms, 3-stop elevator from garage to the great room, two family rooms and great room. Laundry room on the mid-level. Roof top deck to see the sunrise over the ocean and sunset over the bay. There is a bonus second kitchen on the first level that has a full size second refrigerator, small dishwasher, sink and cabinets full of outdoor dishes and serving ware. Two slider doors open to a private pool. A large TV is affixed to the wall and an outdoor table that seats 6, making it a great spot for watching sports or a place for kids to eat lunch in their beach attire. In the pool area off of the kitchen, there is an outdoor shower, lounge furniture, deck box full of pool toys, grill and hose for washing off beach gear.

Everything in this home is new, from furnishings to linens to beach gear. The house is equipped with everything you may need for a beach vacation, including access to baby/toddler items as we have our own toddler. We are also happy to provide any reasonable requests, including specific games or beach gear. Do not hesitate to reach out with any questions or requests. House will be ready to go June 2, 2023!

Magnificent Thanksgiving 2023 in Surf City!!

Stunning architecture. Meticulous attention to detail. Plush furniture, soft throws. Kitchen was outfitted with top of the line appliances, gleaming countertops and ample storage to house EVERYTHING that was provided by our host, we needed to bring nothing! The bedrooms were impressive! Luxurious linens which were provided! Gorgeous decor that was sophisticated and elegant! We entertained our entire family and friends for Thanksgiving! Thank you so much!
