Newly renovated 5BR/5BA beach home with private pool. Each BR has private Bath and smart TV. Large decks on 2nd and 3rd floors, full kitchen, dining, living, sun room, laundry and outside shower.
Oceanside of Hwy 12, quick walk to private neighborhood beach access, bike path to downtown Duck less than a mile away. Tuckahoe is a quiet neighborhood with oversize lots, private beach access with parking, and community pool and tennis court.

This place was perfect for our family. The beach was rough some days had red flags so tbe pool was perfect. Hot tub was nice too.

Family Beach vacation

This house was great! Having a private bathroom for every bedroom was awesome! The proximity to the beach and Duck is also great. No beach road to cross just walking in a neighborhood. Very responsive host!

Great Vacation

This was an AWESOME house. Well situated near the beach, beautiful pool, great rooms, and a fantastic environment to spend a week with family. Mike was awesome to work with. You can't go wrong with this rental. I know we'll be returning in the future.

Convenient and comfy

Overall the house was very nice. Looks like it was recently renovated. Would have been nice if the hot tube. Needs 5o have a vacuum cleaner available for thw guests to use. Overall, it was very clean and comfortable

Fun and yet

Proximity to the beach was great and in a quiet neighborhood. Pool is brand new and very nice. We loved renting by the day. Bath towels need replacing and a few practical issues with the house need repairing. Despite the frustration of the house issues we enjoyed our stay.

I have been building houses in OBX for over 40 years, and have been a full time resident and owner of several beach rental properties in OBX that I built and manage for over 25 years.

Why they chose this property

Finding an available home in one of the more established neighborhoods in Duck so close to beach was too good an opportunity to pass up. I enjoy the challenge of bringing this home which hadn't been used in several years back to live through extensive renovations which included addition of a private pool, replacement and expansion of existing decks, ensuring each bedroom has private bathroom, and overall modernization of the house.

What makes this property unique

House is on oversize lot with private pool, neighborhood beach access and a community pool and tennis court. It's less than a mile to downtown Duck via bike path or car.
