Outstanding location

Nice home in a great neighborhood - very quiet and safe. Many restaurants within walking distance. Small but well-stocked kitchen. Gas grill and firepit in backyard were nice features. Enjoyed our stay with our 2 Pugs, though crushed sea shells in backyard were a little rough on their paws. Grass would be nice, but obviously requires more maintenance. Plenty of grass out front, so not a huge problem.

Kenwood

This is a very clean and very comfortable house in a quiet neighborhood. Appliances and other amenities are up to date. Great location - near the highway, and an easy walk or short drive to the stores and restaurants on Central Ave. The host communicates quickly and is very responsive. We had a great experience!

Charming house, cool neighborhood

The house was clean, comfortable, in a cool historic neighborhood that is close to downtown St. Pete. Plus, the house is pet friendly. I would stay there again.

Great Stay!

The house was super cute, with a very nice backyard area. Location is fantastic, just a quick drive to downtown St. Pete and many other options nearby. The unit was clean and easy to access. We would definitely stay again!
