Enjoy the views from your private balcony or lounge on the couch and soak in the sounds of the surf. Our private community beach always has tons of space for the family to play games or just stretch out and relax. For the nature lover, Caswell Beach is a Sea Turtle Protected sanctuary and you will see protected nests up and down the beach. Enjoy our arcade style Golden Tee game or bring the clubs and book your tee time as Oak Island Public Golf Course is short walk across the street..

The picturesque Oak Island lighthouse is a sight to see and just 2 miles from the condo. Or head in the other direction to the western tip of the island to snap that perfect photo of the summer sunset at The Point. Don’t forgot to get your shopping in at historic South Port just a 15 drive over the bridge.

Our guests get the use of 2 beach bikes, boogie board, 4 beach chairs, bocce ball and sand toys.
