Oceanfront Family Friendly Garden City Beach Condo

Summary:
This oceanfront, condo is the perfect space to escape to while having a relaxing and peaceful experience. Greet the morning with a warm cup of coffee and relax on the balcony as you watch the tranquil waves roll in.

The Space:
This family friendly space is located on the 15th floor of Royal Gardens Resort offering a quieter experience with breathtaking views. The master bedroom has a queen sized bed, TV, closet & dresser to provide ample storage, space, and a private full bathroom. The second bedroom has a full size bunk bed with a twin bed over the full. There is a second bath with a shower stall located in the hallway. The fully equipped kitchen includes a full size refrigerator, stove with oven, microwave, toaster, and small appliances. Cookware, dishes, glassware, and tableware are also available. Linens and towels will be provided. Starter paper towels, toilet paper, and trash bags will also be available so that you don't have to begin your vacation running to the store!

Guest Access:
Royal Gardens Resort is a Premium Condo Resort that has common areas located on premise. This area features an indoor and outdoor pool, hot tub, sauna, kiddie pool, tiki bar, three elevators, on-site laundry, and outdoor grills on the property.

Other Things to Note:
Parking: The Property has covered parking with a limited amount of oversized parking spaces. An oversized parking spot is NOT guaranteed as they are first come first serve. Parking passes are two per unit & must be prominently displayed per the Royal Garden Resort HOA. We will have the parking pass located on the entry table upon your arrival.

Located just .7 miles to The Garden City Pier, you can take a stroll down the beach for live entertainment, food, the arcade and more in the summer months. When you are ready to take a walk to the beach, the beautiful Garden City Beach is right outside the lobby. Garden City is a perfect place for family vacations, romantic getaways, and relaxation. Garden City is away from the crowds & traffic, but still a short drive to plenty of attractions. Surfside Beach Pier is located North of Garden City and offers additional restaurants, bars & shopping. Take a stroll to Murrells Inlet Marshwalk and enjoy gorgeous views and great food featuring a variety of cuisines. Luxury shopping and dining are North of the Market Common Area in Myrtle Beach. Enjoy additional attractions at Broadway on the Beach and the Myrtle Beach Boardwalk. Brookgreen Gardens offers a unique cultural experience of one of the worlds largest collections of sculptures by American Artists, along with a zoo and butterfly garden.
