Relax and enjoy our modern and contemporary condo. Take in lovely views of the surrounding grounds and mountains from this condo at The Aspens, a wonderfully appointed retreat for a family or a group of friends in search of ski-in/out access to the slopes. With the ski runs of Blackcomb Mountain mere steps away, you can prepare leisurely breakfasts in the full kitchen, warm your socks by the gas fireplace, and still be among the first on the slopes each morning. Enjoy a private balcony on sunny summer days, as well as on-site amenities that include three hot tubs, a heated outdoor pool, ski and bike storage, and a fitness room.
The Aspens development is a short stroll (or fast toboggan) away from Blackcomb base.
Here you will find Whistler Kids Kamp and Whistler Blackcomb Ski School, the spa treatments of Chateau Fairmont, the buzz and mountain-high nachos of Merlins apres ski, a myriad of bars, restaurants and shops.
Whistler Village is a 5-10 minute stroll away in beautiful surroundings - plus there is a regular, reliable and free bus service just outside the Aspens development to take you to Whistler Village.
From the first station off of the Wizard chairlift, skiers and boarders follow Village Run trail (green/beginner level) into Whistler Village base.

- Check-In: 4pm . Early check-ins may be possible Check-Out: 10am .

- Ski Storage & Bike Storage: Free storage in the secure underground parkade

-The two shared laundry facilities are coin-operated.
-No pets, as per Strata
-This rental is located on floor 3.
Parking notes: There is paid parking for vehicles. Underground paid parking is available for guest use. Guests may park in any unreserved stall. The rate is $25 per 24-hour period (plus tax), and parking can be purchased via the yellow self-service parking machine in the lobby which accepts both cash and credit card. Guests must purchase parking before attempting to enter the underground garage. Your purchased ticket will display a code that will allow you to access the garage. Your parking ticket must be displayed on your vehicle’s dashboard at all times.
Maximum parking clearance 6'8'. No over-height parking. The front desk can direct guests to pay to park off-site providers, on a first-come-first-served basis.
