Relax and enjoy our modern and contemporary condo. Take in lovely views of the surrounding grounds and mountains from this condo at The Aspens, a wonderfully appointed retreat for a family or a group of friends in search of ski-in/out access to the slopes. With the ski runs of Blackcomb Mountain mere steps away, you can prepare leisurely breakfasts in the full kitchen, warm your socks by the gas fireplace, and still be among the first on the slopes each morning. Enjoy a private balcony on sunny summer days, as well as on-site amenities that include three hot tubs, a heated outdoor pool, ski and bike storage, and a fitness room.

The Aspens development is a short stroll (or fast toboggan) away from Blackcomb base.

Here you will find Whistler Kids Kamp and Whistler Blackcomb Ski School, the spa treatments of Chateau Fairmont, the buzz and mountain-high nachos of Merlins apres ski, a myriad of bars, restaurants and shops.

Whistler Village is a 5-10 minute stroll away in beautiful surroundings - plus there is a regular, reliable and free bus service just outside the Aspens development to take you to Whistler Village.

From the first station off of the Wizard chairlift, skiers and boarders follow Village Run trail (green/beginner level) into Whistler Village base.

Parking notes: There is paid parking for vehicles. Underground paid parking is available for guest use. Guests may park in any unreserved stall. The rate is $25 per 24-hour period (plus tax), and parking can be purchased via the yellow self-service parking machine in the lobby which accepts both cash and credit card. Guests must purchase parking before attempting to enter the underground garage. Your purchased ticket will display a code that will allow you to access the garage. Your parking ticket must be displayed on your vehicle’s dashboard at all times.
Maximum parking clearance 6'8'. No over-height parking. The front desk can direct guests to pay to park off-site providers, on a first-come-first-served basis.

We had a great stay at the Aspens. The property is nicely decorated and comfortable. It was a good fit for our family. There were a couple minor things that need attention but overall it was a great place. The pool and hot tub are nice. The location is excellent! Blackcomb gondola and village are accessible right out the back of the property. We loved walking over there and exploring Blackcomb and Whistler.

Nicely renovated unit. Condo beds and couch were very comfortable. Kitchen was very well stocked for our needs (glassware and good knives!). We like being on the quiet side of Aspens (apres ski in the hot tub area can get noisy).

A beautiful vacation rental

Overall our stay was great. Was surprised with the no shoes on the floors policy. Feel this should have been indicated before we chose the unit. This was inconvenient as we were in/out multiple times each day and had to put tennis shoes on/off. The carpet was already dirty by the dining area. Maybe consider vinyl flooring in the rooms rather than carpet if you want long term care. Also, consider addt’l air conditioner for second bedroom. It was very stuffy even with the fan on, and very uncomfortable to sleep due to temperatures. We were very careful to care about the unit during our stay.

We loved this condo! The location is unbeatable. The condo faces uphill and at times we can see people skiing down to the gondola. We love being able to ski right down to the gondola from the property. There are three Jacuzzis, which is great for after skiing. We also enjoyed the heated pool! The condo is a two bedroom unit. The master bedroom has an en suite bathroom. The second bedroom has a full size bunk bed. The kitchen is fully stocked. We stayed four nights and cooked all meals in the condo except for one night. The kitchen had everything we needed. The living room was very comfortable. We watched the Olympics every night, and enjoyed sitting out on the deck The host is amazing! She was very accommodating,communicative and responsive. We try to make it to Whistler two times a year and cannot wait to come back to this place! Tammy
