Casa del Sol is conveniently located mid-island and is furnished w/everything needed for your beach vacation. Outdoor grill, 3 beach wagons, 2 beach carts, sand chairs, toys. Beautiful balconies and french doors throughout. Fully stocked kitchen, dining table seats 8-10. Beautiful new living room with electric fireplace and two sofas. Loungers and adirondecks by the pool. Master king bed, three queen beds, and a kids rm. with 4 twins. Four updated baths throughout, powder room on main floor. Office w/sleeper sofa and desk. Three pack n plays, one napping cot, highchair, two booster chairs, plus books, toys, puzzles, crayons for the kids. Our proximity to the beach is awesome, just a quick walk past restrooms, sand showers, and a playground. Chaplin Park is nearby with tennis, soccer, basketball, running /bicycling paths, and a larger playground. Our beach home is beautifully furnished and maintained, and we look forward to hosting you soon!

Casa del sol is a beautiful home with lots of bedrooms and bathrooms to make all comfortable! The walk to the beach is short and the beach chairs and wagons provided are in great condition! The extra fridge in garage is priceless! The location of home on island is convenient to restaurants and stores. I would highly recommend!

Great overall experience, everything was advertised. Beach was very nice and super close, short 10 min. walk. Excellent location to stores and nice restaurants. House was perfect fit for our family, fully equipped. Enjoyed being able to hang out by the pool before dinner. Lisa was very helpful and prompt in answering any questions that we had. Fantastic Location with Great Amenities

My family and I stayed at this property for a week and we wish it was longer. This property has all of the amenities you could ask for, our favorites were the great porch space, the proximity to the beach and all of the beach toys and gear. Very easy to feel right at home here. We had our 1 year old with and it was easy to get back from the beach for nap time. We will definitely be back!

This house was absolutely perfect for our three generation family vacation. This house is MUCH better than the pictures. It was decorated beautifully and had lots of new updates. The pictures didn't do it justice. Ms. Wiles was extreme responsive. We would definitely rent again😊

Plenty of room

Four generations of our family (11 of us). We had plenty of room for everyone and never felt crowded. Loved having a bedroom/bathroom on the main floor. The large kitchen table and bar stools worked well for us. Grandkids loved the toys and adults loved the extra beach towels. Can’t say enough about the great selection of furnished beach chairs, beach carts and wagons! The walk to the beach wasn’t bad at all even with a 3 year old. With the boardwalk we were able to take our 85 and 89 year old parents on the actual beach. Pool was refreshing as we were there during a heat wave. The home had everything you would need and more!

Beautiful Home

This home was so perfect for our family vacation. The rooms were larger than I expected. The living space and bathrooms were very clean. The porches, pool and lounging area are wonderful. The five minute boardwalk stroll to the beach was lovely. Below in the marsh, you can spy Fiddler crabs, birds and my husband was lucky enough to see an alligator! The beach is beautiful with soft sand and good waves for body surfing (when high tide) and perfect for floating and enjoying the beauty all around, during low tide.

Great Beach Stay- Make sure to ask for pool to be heated!

We had a wonderful stay at Casa del Sol with our family. It was very kid friendly with pack and plays, a cute bunk room, toys, and a bunch of beach gear. It was clean and comfortable. I missed the part in the listing saying you needed to pre-arrange for the pool to be heated, so make sure to do this. We were lucky enough to have them reach out during our stay to heat it (very cold if not heated!) so that's my big piece of advice. We also had no internet due to some outage, but Lisa worked to have that remediated as fast as possible.

Amazing home

This is an awesome property for a family. The location is close to the beach and the pool is beautiful and secluded. The home has everything you need including lots of beach and pool toys. It is clean and beautifully decorated. We enjoyed our stay very much.

We chose our home on Bradley Beach Rd. because it was convenient to all the things we love, but especially to the beach. We love the fact that at night we can stand on our balconies and hear the sound of the surf. Please feel free to email us.
