Enjoy your own piece of heaven on over 10 acres of land and experience a truly relaxing escapade with your family and friends! This two-story home is tucked away in Barnardsville, offering a nice and secluded location, yet not far from town. Outdoor enthusiasts will have a blast here! There are many opportunities for tubing, skiing, and hiking. The Pisgah National Forest is six miles away. Located within 18 miles is downtown Asheville.

This beautiful Cape Cod-style home boasts a large wrap-around deck with plenty of seating options where you can unwind and take in the gorgeous mountain and tree views. The carpeted living area provides you with a great gathering spot - spread out comfortably on the extensive sectional and plan your next adventures with your loved ones or watch a favorite series or movie on the smart TV with streaming services. There is a shelf stocked with several, family-friendly board games for you to use. Gather around the coffee table in the center of the living room and play entertaining games while the gas fireplace keeps you all nice and toasty during the winter months.

Whip up savory culinary masterpieces in the well-appointed kitchen. Complete with all major appliances and utensils, you should be able to channel your inner chef and prepare delicious treats for everyone! Enjoy the coffee/wine station, first cup of coffee or tea is on us:) Wine available for purchase. Off the kitchen is a designated laundry room with a washer/dryer.

The spacious primary bedroom is located on the first level and boasts a smart TV, access to the deck, and an en suite bath with a large soaking bathtub. The other two bedrooms are located upstairs and have smart TVs. One of the bedrooms, however, has an entertaining arcade game and an axe-throwing target. There is a hot tub on-site, so you can relax and unwind.

Mountain experience

The house was spacious and comfortable for our family. We enjoyed the porch with morning coffee and lovely views of nature and the Smokey Mountains. The hot tub was very relaxing. The only downside was the drive up the mountain getting to the house. It is very steep and curvy. Other reviewers did mention this however, as ‘flatlanders’ we were unprepared for how rough the driveway was. If you are desiring a peaceful mountain getaway, this could be the perfect place for you.

Great place

It was an absolutely great stay. The driveway up was steep and narrow, but that was explained in the description, and this is the 4th or 5th time we have rented a mountain home, so we knew what to expect, and honestly this was one of the better roads/driveways we have dealt with. Our Audi E-Tron handled it with ease. The house was awesome. The kitchen has great cookware and is laid out nicely for cooking and baking. The fire place is nice and relaxing, and the beds are comfy. We never made it out to the hot tub unfortunately, but enjoyed many of the other features. The property manager was very responsive and quick, very pleased with the interactions we had. This is an awesome place to stay, far enough away to be peaceful and quiet, while close enough to Ashevill that driving there was never a "chore". Highly recommended!

A secluded get away

I brought my kids and step kids to the mountains to celebrate 4 of their birthdays. We felt right at home and the space was perfect. They had all amenities you could think of, even a s’mores kit and fire pit that we took full advantage of! Lovely place, lovely people, great time had!

Great location/clean/amenities lacking

It was a wonderful location and very clean inside. There was very little charcoal for the grill and no lighter fluid. The shampoo/soap wasn't easy to find (in a small bin in the laundry room) and the toilet paper was 1-ply which wasn't ideal.
