Enjoy a majectic view of the Byers Peak range from our restful mountain home quietly nestled in the scenic Sunset Ridge neighborhood ... just around the corner from award winning Devil's Thumb Ranch. ... 12 minutes from Winter Park ... A world away from everything.

Discover over 6 miles of groomed cross country trails with breath taking views of the Continental Divide just outside your door.
The space
Our well-appointed spacious 650 sf guest apartment is located on the lower level of our mountain home. Two bedrooms make it quite comfortable for 2-4 adults. For young families, one of the bedrooms has a crib or optional Graco Pac-N-Play for young ones, at no additional charge. The living room couch folds out for additional guests. Available on request.

A complete breakfast bar is provided including Keurig coffee maker, a variety of coffee and tea selections, fresh organic cream, oatmeal and welcome water. Mini-fridge to store cold items, microwave, sink, glasses, dishes and eating utensils.

Your private bath is supplied with fresh towels, Nature's Gate soaps, shampoo, conditioner, hair dryer and other necessities. If you need anything else, just ask!

For wedding guests, a large bathroom mirror and ironing board are available.

Clean Assurance Promise: For your hygiene, everything is thoroughly cleaned top-to-bottom between each guest stay.

The apartment's main bedroom has a homemade pinewood queen bed with memory foam mattress and comfortably sleeps 2 guests.

A full sofa bed in the living room for additional guests on request.

We had the most wonderful stay! The space was so inviting, everything was clean, tidy and well appointed. We loved the games available for the kids and the beds were incredibly comfy. There was a mini-fridge and coffee bar which we put to good use. The neighborhood is so beautiful and we loved sleeping with the windows open and waking up in the morning to the smell of wildflowers. We will definitely come back if we are ever in the area again.

Cozy, clean, and great location

This is a perfect spot to enjoy Winter Park without staying in town. We wanted something simple with comfy beds and hot showers in a cute area and this was it. I loved that without a TV we were able to play one of the games they had. The hosts are lovely and even left a sled out for our teen to use if she had time and told us about the snowshoe trail. We needed another day to get to it!
