The house itself has an open floor plan with shared kitchen/dining, modern appliances, gas fireplace, living room with views of the lake.
The location is great. A very short boat ride to Torch Lake. Half way between the quaint towns of Alden or Bellaire.
Bring your boat and enjoy the chain of lakes. So much to see and do. Or just relax and do nothing.
This home is a NO SMOKING/VAPING HOME.
Two dogs allowed. Must be neutered and current on all shots. (If approved by owner)
