Welcome to the Sea Breezy, unit 1. Part of a newly renovated duplex, this is a two bedroom 1 bath. There is a bonus bunk room, as well as a sun room with a day bed. The couch pulls out to a bed for extra sleeping. Just a 5 minute walk to the beach, and a 15 minute walk to all the attraction at the pier. Please contact me for more details!

We loved our stay! It was very clean, had everything you could possibly need, and we loved how nicely decorated it was! It felt like home and my whole family loved it! We would love to come back and stay again.

This location was truly perfect. We were able to safely walk and run in the area to multiple restaurants, shops, etc with sidewalks everywhere. The walk to the beach was about .25 miles straight down the road and walking to the pier/ downtown area was about a mile. It is even close to the train station and could absoloulty be navigated without a car. Brian and Bria were incredibly responsive to our questions before arrival as well as while we were there. We would absolutely stay again next time we visit Old Orchard Beach!
