Quiet Waters Condominium 5C

This 2-bedroom/2-bathroom condo offers some of the best views of the Intracoastal water way you've ever seen! The updated kitchen is equipped with everything you could possibly need to prepare a meal! The kitchen flows right into the dining space with seating for 4! The open floor plan is perfect for entertaining and takes advantage of the spectacular views from no matter where you are in the living room, dining room or kitchen. The wall of sliders opens onto the amply sized balcony overlooking the water.
The property has a heated swimming pool and hot tub. In addition, there is a tiki-hut-covered picnic table, perfect for getting out of the sun for a snack. There is also a separate sunbathing area away from the pool for more privacy. Take a walk along the dock watching the boats going by and keep an eye out for dolphins and manatees too! There is a dedicated path to the beach just across the street.

Great Indian Shores Vacation

Really enjoyed our stay at Quiet Waters. Our unit it was perfect for us. Very clean and comfortable and the facility was great. We had a great view of the Intercoastal and were across the street with easy access to the beach.

Great Location

We enjoyed our stay and loved how close we were to the beach! The beach is quaint and not as busy as others we explored. But still amazing and short walk across the street. The condo was quiet, and well stocked with chairs, umbrella, and beach towels. Close to trolly, restaurants and grocery stores. We will stay again!!

Unable to use the dishwasher because you can not get to the controls. Scum around the kitchen faucet. Dust on the kitchen cabnets. master bed room shower dirty. Towels had to be washed. Beds were uninviting to lay on. After I took time to clean the condo it was much more inviting. It needs a good cleaning and updating. Sorry but this is the truth.

Reviewer Comments: Gotta say, my review would be different but we get there and very friendly person advised that they are doing construction on the property and the pool and your balcony are closed and btw the elevator will be out of order on 1 day (which in FL on the 5th floor carrying all your stuff for the beach is fun.). Just the fact that we paid the full price and did not get full benefits is really disappointing. The actual place was nice, plenty of space and comfortable beds but you get a wake up call everyday around 7:57 am with a loud drill.

It had a wonderfully stocked kitchen except there were no hot pads. ☹️ The furniture was very comfortable and the views were great! The only other thing I would mention is maybe a coat rack by the front door; and a deep cleaning. Oh, and the sliding door needs lubricants to help it slide open easier. 😊

Spring break 2021

We really enjoyed our stay at Quiet Waters. It is a smaller building so we didn’t have to worry about being overcrowded. The unit was clean and nicer than expected. We really enjoyed the view of the Intercoastal and watching the boats. We even saw a few dolphin one day. There is a private walkway to the beach just across Gulf blvd. We were pleasantly surprised to find an umbrella, several beach chairs and some floats in the condo. There a several great restaurants nearby too.
