Whether you seek an afternoon sunning while relaxing with your novel before a sunset stroll down the beach, or an adventurous day out on the water with jet ski rentals or sea-kayaks, this is place for you!!
Our cheerful 3-BR, 2-Bath Beach Cottage is available to rent year-round, whatever your pleasure! With a beach access path to one of the best beaches in the Southeast, an awesome screened front porch with ceiling fan, a handmade hammock, you will get back to the quality life! The Isle of Palms park is a mere 1 block away (with free tennis and fields!), the Marina about a mile away, and don't forget that you are just minutes from top restaurants and nightlife on IOP and Sullivan's Island!
How's only 20 minutes to the 'Country's Top Vacation Destination' downtown Charleston, SC and all its history, culture, and amazing food sound to you?? The 'Out of Pocket' beach house is truly the best affordable place for a quiet beach get-away-- a weekend, a week or a month -- It's up to you! 5 Stars for everything! Betty Lynn and Chip have created a place that has EVERYTHING you need for your stay. The house location is not far at all from the beach or places to eat and explore. There is something to be said for a place that has everything you could need and don't need to worry about packing-- from dish soap, trash bags, paper towels, hand soap, laundry, dish tabs, and all the beach items you need.. it's all there! The dishes, utensils, and bakeware are nice, not just a hodgepodge of things. They even had fans in all the rooms! they thought of everything!! We came for Spring Break with 3 teen boys, plenty of space, towels, and things for them to do. We will definitely rent again when we come back!

Great stay near the beach!

Betty Lynn was quick to respond and very kind in welcoming our family and guests to the property. The house is super close to the beach and was perfect for hosting our group which included small children, and had plenty of toys and beach gear stocked to make for an easy visit. We would definitely stay again when returning to IOP!
