Enjoy this updated loft suite with modern ocean vibe! We enjoy walking with our daughters to the beach just 300 ft away to spot sea turtles, find shells and coral, paddle board, or just relax. We also love the rich amenities by Luana Kai, including a heated swimming pool, hot tub, BBQ, putting green, shuffleboard, or just enjoy the beautiful landscape.
This is a two-story unit that sits on the top (third) floor of the Luana Kai Complex, about 1000 sqft.
On the first floor, we have a bedroom with a king-size bed and full-size bathroom with a modern design. The living room has a brand new Italian-made queen-size sleeper sofa and a 65" SONY Smart TV that brings your in-home entertainment to your beach vacation. Books and kids' toys are also available. The kitchen features open shelving with a quartz countertop, stainless steel appliances, and a large counter with bar stools for casual eating. We love eating dinner on the lanai while watching the sunset paint the sky.
On the second floor, we have an open loft-style primary bedroom with a king-size bed and an ensuite bathroom. There is also a 55" Samsung Smart TV.
We have found our home to be comfortable for up to 6 adults or 6 adults and 2 children.

**About the Reservation**
âą In booking our home, you consent to completing a third-party identity verification. The screening will have to be completed within 3 days from booking or at least 24 hours before check-in, whichever is earlier, to fully confirm your reservation. You are welcome to reach out to us for complete terms regarding guest screening.
âą We uphold our cancellation policy as we only have each night available to one group of guests. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your booking. One date change if your check-in date is more than 2 weeks away. No date changes otherwise.
âą For stays longer than 29 days, we require a double cleaning fee, additional tenant screening, lease signing, and a security deposit to fully confirm your reservation.
**Additional Info About the Home**
âą The condo is on the 3rd floor, and the complex does not have an elevator. You will need to climb stairs to enjoy the amazing two-level living with wonderful views!
âą Hawaiiâs Natural Environment: Hawaiiâs beautiful tropical climate is part of what makes the islands so specialâbut it also comes with some unique aspects of island living. Occasional sightings of ants, cockroaches, termites, or geckos are common in Hawaiian homes and are not a reflection of cleanliness. To ensure a comfortable stay, the complex include routine pest control as part of our regular maintenance, just like professional cleaning. Every quarter a Hawaiin government approved pest control company will come into the unit to spray the baseboard. You don't need to be present during the 1 hour visit. Thank you for your cooperation. While we do our best to minimize any pest activity, the environment can still bring the occasional visitor. We appreciate your understanding and hope you enjoy the full experience of island life!
âą In accordance with policy, large floaties are not permitted in the pool.
**About Fees & Pricing**
âą The regular nightly rate covers 4 guests. Additional guest fees are $25 per person per night, up to a maximum of 6 guests. Please indicate an accurate number of guests.
âą We utilize dynamic pricing. This means that booking rates may increase or decrease every day. We do not honor yesterdayâs pricing.
**House Rules**
âą This is not a pet-friendly home. $500 fine for unauthorized pets.
âą Strictly NO parties and events, quiet hours between 10pm and 8am, no smoking or vaping of any kind anywhere on the property, including outdoor areas, no digital piracy, no shoes in the home. $500 fine per violation.
