Deep canal two bedroom, two bathroom on Sombrero Beach Road with a large lot, nearly 100 feet of water with a dock on a deep canal. Enjoy large bedrooms, tile, floor, and a newer metal roof. A short stroll to Sombrero Beach. Carport and circular driveway just five minutes to the ocean. A large lot with four boat trailers can be parked or four to five cars can park between the circular driveway and carport. Enclosed garage available. Both sides have beautiful balconies. The most important thing is beautiful water. Approximately 100 -foot seawall. Hurricane shutters. Beautiful living room very private bedrooms. some of the best fishing in the world. walk in closets Plenty room to sit Private. Balcony is very Private Boats Pass By All day. People walk in front of your house all day. Walk to Beautiful sombrero Beach.

Marathon vacay

Not very clean. Poor maintenance inside and out. Website pictures are out-dated. No Hot Tub. Nice location.

TLC

Boat lift shown in picture did not work , not able to rent boat to use. Bathroom : no exhaust fan or ventilation,showerdoor a hazard, not secure, very dangerous. No window screens and most windows did not work. Outside lighting not sufficient. Photocell cuts door light out to soon and made it difficult to put in code. Storage area below very musty and smoke dectector has been by-passed. Bikes not usable as all tires were flat land rusty. Felt it was way over priced for what we got comparing to other rentals in the area.
