Our home is a true beachfront property with its own walkway to the beautiful sand. Wake up every morning to the sun streaming in your windows (or don't - close the shades!) and listen to the sounds of the crashing waves.
Our home is part of a small community (10 homes) and we share a large common pool. It's perfect for large families that want a space to hang out after a long day on the beach. There is ample parking for multiple cars and guests.
This beachfront home was remodeled in 2019. Located in the heart of Surfside Beach right at the Surfside Pier, there is no shortage of things to do throughout the year. Surfside Beach is the perfect family destination to plan your vacation within the Grand Strand. The home has its own private walkway out to the beach - a great place to watch fireworks and view the ocean! The home also has a community pool, which is much larger than any private pool can be in the area. There is plenty of room to bring all of your guests to the pool and hang out when you need a break from the beach!
The entire house is open to you except the owner's closet on the first floor, which is locked.
Surfside is a very walkable area, with lots of places to get to easily. Many people also rent or bring golf carts to the beach. This is encouraged! Just make sure you don't drive them at night.
PLEASE NOTE!
Linens are included for the whole house at $175 per stay.  This includes bed sheets and bath towels for the whole house.  
Pets are welcome!  We have a pet fee of $150 for the first two pets, $75 for the third and every pet after that.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Really nice stay with a great view and awesome host! The house was very clean and has its own private walkway to the beach with an outdoor shower. The host allowed us to park and check in early and answered messages promptly. Only a 5 minute walk to downtown Surfside Beach. Will definitely stay here again in the future. Only area of improvement would be to include K-cups and coffee filters but no complaints here.

Wonderful house and location 5stars

My 11 family members plus dogs spent a fabulous week at this prime beach spot in surfside beach. When we walked in the pictures were as advertised. The house was in great condition, beds were all comfortable, furniture not worn, and we never had an issue with hot water or water pressure with the large group that stayed here. The house is in a great location, right on the beach and near several great restaurants. We had family of all ages (3-73) and everyone constantly raved about the quality of the house (specifically having hot water and comfy beds) and location. We did need to communicate with the owners during our stay and their responsiveness and ability to address our query was greatly appreciated. Highly recommend and look forward to visiting here again and staying that this location.

we had a wonderful stay. There were a few things that needed attention and the owner addressed them very promptly and very efficiently! A few things that would be helpful to have include pens or pencils and a can opener. it was quite a letdown that the palms were so big. It is very hard to see the beach from the porch, so paying for an oceanfront condo was disappointing because we like to sit outside in the mornings and look at the ocean which we could not do. The only other thing that we found odd was you can’t walk from the beach to the outside of the unit without going through the house so if you need to take your beach chairs anywhere, you literally have to take them through the house to get them to your car. However, these things did not ruin our trip as we made the best of it and still had a very, very nice vacation. Thank you to Brian for quickly responding to any questions or concerns that we had.

We are a husband and wife team from Massachusetts. We have four children, ages 8-16. We also have a large extended family that we frequently vacation with. We love creating memories together, but we also know how challenging it can be to get large groups of people together. We also know what makes those family vacations easier and more enjoyable!

Our main motivation for starting this business is to help more families, large or small, create memories together. We are here to help you! You won't be dealing with a large company, or property rental business. You will be interacting directly with us. We have a partner on site (again, not a large company!) in Myrtle Beach should you need anything during your stay.

We look forward to helping you create family memories that will live on for generations to come.

Why they chose this property

Myrtle Beach is a family-friendly, clean, fun environment! You will frequently see families together on the beach, or out and about on golf carts! We also love this neighborhood because it is only 15 minutes from the Myrtle Beach airport! Easy in, easy out.

What makes this property unique

Our property is a true beachfront rental - it has a private walkway right to the beach! This is perfect for families who might have children that need to be doing different things at different times. It's very easy to be on the porch of the house, while also keeping an eye on your older children playing on the beach! We have an outdoor shower right on the private walkway from the beach, perfect for rinsing off before coming indoors - as a large family ourselves, we know how difficult it can be to keep your house clean!

We also have four bedrooms and four bathrooms!!! Multiple bathrooms is key!!!

Last, but not least, we think we are perfectly situated in Myrtle Beach. We are on the end of a row of oceanfront houses, providing a little extra privacy - and our location is close to so many fun things to do! Shopping, amusement parks, concerts, restaurants...in our opinion, Surfside Beach is one of the nicest parts of Myrtle Beach!
