We had the best stay here for our first trip to Zion! The place was super cute, clean, cozy, and had everything we needed to feel comfortable after long days of exploring.Jason and Amie were incredibly hospitable, so responsive to any questions and full of great recommendations for hikes and local spots. We really appreciated their friendliness and the thoughtful touches throughout our stay.The location was perfect, close enough to Zion National Park for easy access, but also near great places to eat and relax.Truly a 10/10 experience. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Excellent property

The best Casita ever!

We totally enjoyed our stay! Location is great….. close to Zion and several state parks. Very spacious and meticulously maintained. Jason greeted us on arrival and was very helpful and informative. We enjoyed getting dinner take out and eat while sitting on the Adirondack chairs with such a spectacular view!Would highly recommend staying here!

Zion NP weekend

The casita is very convenient to Zion NP. It was very roomy and comfortable, with ample space for two to spread out. I can't imagine a better spot to use as a base to explore southwestern Utah.

Amazing place to stay!

Jason and Anne have put together a truly lovely experience for folks coming in from out of town and wanting a warm, well prepared place to stay! Everything was thoughtfully decorated and stocked! Had two good nights of watching stars on the little patio out front to enjoying coffee in the morning. Bathroom and bed were perfect! Highly recommend staying here - and the trip into Zion Park was a breeze!

Great stay

Thank you for a relaxing, clean, and comfortable place to stay while visiting Zion. Sitting around the bonfire and talking with some of the other guests was so relaxing in the evening--s'mores included!!!! Good luck in you and thank you.

Great property, wonderful host

My wife and I stayed at this beautiful casita 5 nights while touring Zion and Bryce National Parks. The location was excellent, just a short (~20 min) drive to the entrance of Zion. The property was clean, comfortable and very spacious for the two of us. Jason was a super pleasant host, very attentive and amiable without being intrusive. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Zion's Edge Casita, and will not hesitate to stay hear again when we return.

Beautiful Casita

This was one of the best stays we’ve ever had. The casita was lovely, very clean, comfortable bed, beautiful view, and close to Zion. The best part was Jason and Amie our hosts. They were so friendly and welcoming. Jason’s response with questions was quick and very helpful. If we’re ever out that way again will definitely go back.

Utah parks trip

I stayed at the Casita with my 18 yr old son while we visited Zion NP. Location is ideal: 15 minutes to La Verkin for groceries/restaurants and 15 minutes to Zion. Casita was clean, comfortable and well appointed. Both the king size bed and the sleeper sofa were comfortable. The kitchen had just the right stock for quick cooking. The coffee station was perfect. The bathroom was roomy and I appreciated the soft water! Jason met us when we arrived to review everything and make sure we were set. I would definitely book here again when I come to Zion with my wife. 5 stars!

Simply Awesome

To put it simply as my wife said, “This is one of the nicest VRBO’s I have ever stayed in”. Everything feels new, super clean and nicely decorated! You can tell the owners put a lot of thought into every detail. The mattress and bedding are heavenly and the views are very beautiful. On top of that, the host (Jason) is friendly, accommodating, and helpful. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience! Thank you Jason and Amie. We look forward to a return visit someday soon hopefully!!!

Excellent Little Spot for an Outdoor Getaway

My spouse, child, and I planned a trip to Zion National Park for Spring Break as a change from Appalachia and the Gulf Coast. We settled on this property about 20 minutes west of the gates and were thrilled with what we found. Jason was an excellent host who made sure we had everything we needed. The studio is spacious, with 15-foot ceilings and an enormous window looking out at the landscape. I particularly appreciated their book of rules and things to do: everything from instructions on how the remote for the overhead fans worked to things to do in the area with children and area spas. Bonus: There is no long list of check out requirements, which was incredibly appreciated.We were on the go at the park most of the trip, and it was wonderful to have a quiet, comfortable place to retreat to and just rest.

Wonderful stay at Zion

This place is a true gem. We LOVED this casita. It is close to everything. The entrance to Zion is close(8 miles). The place is quiet and secure.. The view from the apartment is worth its weight in gold. The apartment is well appointed and had EVERYTHING to make your stay special. The owners were SUPER FANTASTIC-answered every question we had. Easy to find. Recommended things to see/do/eat. New restaurant was recommended. Wild Thyme in Virgin-Bison Meatloaf. Bacon wrapped Bison Meatloaf covered with demi glaze and crispy onion straws. Served with sage buttered smashed potatoes and chef's vegetable. THIS WAS DELICIOUS. I can not say enough about this this studio casita.. Comfortable and relaxing. We travel each year to Zion... WE WILL BE BACK. Thanks for sharing your lovely place with our family.

We were celebrating our 47 Anniversary and wanted a “10” from VRBO. Zion’s Edge Casita hit that mark in cleanliness, convenience to Zion & Bryce National Park. This is the place you want to stay at, as the hosts are on top of making sure everything you need is present. They are hosts that enjoy hosting and treat you as friends. You can’t go wrong as restaurants, gas and supplies are close by the condo.

We are originally from Clearwater Beach, FL. We traveled and worked full-time from our motorhome for 3 years before spending a month in this area just outside of Zion National Park, falling in love with it, and building our custom dream home with a studio casita attached in 2022.

We've lived in large, HOA neighborhoods before and we wanted a small, non-HOA space this time. This new neighborhood was designed with only 10 available lots, no HOA, and only another dozen or so homes around its perimeter. As well, it has amazing views out the front of Gooseberry Mesa and Smith Mesa is right behind us.

It's a beautiful, brand new, very large studio casita, but what makes it most unique are the amazing views of Gooseberry Mesa out the huge picture window. Additionally, it's only 8 miles from Zion National Park and a directy, very easy 12 mile drive from the south entrance to the park in Springdale.
